Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine zum Befestigen an einem Transportwagen bestimmte Halterung (1) mit einem Raum (3) zur Aufnahme einer Pfandschloßvorrichtung (6), die ein Ausleihen von Transportwagen, insbesondere von Einkaufswagen erlaubt, wobei an der Halterung (1) ein bevorzugt flexibel angeordneter Schlüssel (5) vorgesehen ist, der zum Einführen in die Pfandschloßvorrichtung (6) eines weiteren Transportwagens bestimmt ist. Es wird vorgeschlagen, daß ein Teil der Funktionsteile der Pfandschloßvorrichtung (6) als vormontierte Baueinheit (B1) in den Raum (3) einfügbar und in diesem arretierbar ist und daß der verbliebene Teil der Funktionsteile (F1 bis Fn) entweder als mindestens ein loses Teil und/oder als wenigstens eine weitere vormontierte Baueinheit (B2 bis Bn) im Raum (3) einsetzbar ist.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine zum Befestigen an einem Transportwagen bestimmte Halterung mit einem Raum zur Aufnahme einer Pfandschloßvorrichtung, die ein Ausleilhen von Transportwagen, insbesondere von Einkaufswagen erlaubt, wobei an der Halterung ein, bevorzugt flexibel angeordneter Schlüssel vorgesehen ist, der zum Einführen in die Pfandschloßvorrichtung eines weiteren Transportwagens bestimmt ist.
Zum Stand der Technik zählt ein als Halterung gestalteter Schiebegriff für einen Transportwagen. Bei diesem in der EP 0 537 404 B1 beschriebenen Griff ist ein Aufnahmeraum zur Aufnahme einer kassettenförmigen Pfandschloßvorrichtung vorgesehen. Der Schiebegriff kann mit und ohne Pfandschloßvorrichtung benutzt werden.
Durch die DE 41 36 780 A1 ist eine Münzpfand-Kopplungsmechanik für Handwagen bekannt, die, als einteilige Münzpfandkassette ausgebildet, in eine beliebig gestaltbare Gehäusekontur einsetzbar ist.
Zum Stand der Technik zählt auch ein Münzpfandschloß, das in der DE 195 47 045 A1 näher beschrieben ist. Dieses Münzpfandschloß weist ein Gehäuse auf, in welchem sich die einzelnen Funktionsteile befinden, wobei auswechselbare Teile ein Verändern, der Größe des Münzschlitzes erlauben.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik wird vorgeschlagen, daß ein Teil der Funktionsteile der Pfandschloßvorrichtung als vormontierte Baueinheit im Raum der Halterung arretierbar ist und daß der restliche Teil der Funktionsteile entweder als mindestens ein loses Teil und/oder als wenigstens eine weitere vormontierte Baueinheit im Raum einsetzbar ist.
Ein erster Vorteil der Erfindung zeigt sich bei einer möglichen Beschädigung der Pfandschloßvorrichtung der Halterung. Während bei einer Vorrichtung gemäß der EP 0 537 404 B1 und der DE 41 36 780 A1 die gesamte Pfandschloßvorrichtung einschließlich des sie umgebenden kassettenartigen Gehäuses ausgetauscht werden muß, beschränkt sich bei der hier vorliegenden Erfindung der Austausch entweder auf wenigstens ein Funktionsteil oder auf eine Baueinheit, jedoch keinesfalls auf die gesamte Pfandschloßvorrichtung. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung erlaubt somit eine Reparatur von Pfandschloßvorrichtungen in kostengünstiger Weise.
Ein zweiter Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, daß die vormontierte Baueinheit so gestaltet sein kann, daß diese zumindest halbautomatisch, bevorzugt jedoch vollautomatisch herstellbar ist und sich somit äußerst kostengünstig produzieren läßt. Dies ist beim Münzpfandschloß entsprechend der DE 195 47 045 A1 nicht vorgesehen, denn hier müssen alle Funktionsteile einzeln eingesetzt und montiert werden.
Ein dritter Vorteil kann darin gesehen werden, daß gleichbleibende Funktionsteile bevorzugt zur Bildung einer vormontierten Baueinheit herangezogen werden können, während die restlichen Funktionsteile solche Teile sein können, die zur Bildung von Pfandschloßvarianten bestimmt sind. Solche Teile können zur Bildung von unterschiedlichen Münzkammern, wie in der DE 195 47 045 A1 beschrieben, verwendet werden oder sie eignen sich zur Herstellung sogenannter codierter Pfandschloßvorrichtungen, bei welchen unter Verwendung unterschiedlicher Einlegeteile unterschiedliche, nur mit bestimmten Schlüssein korrespondierende Pfandschloßvorrichtungen herstellbar sind.
In bevorzugter Weise wird man jene Funktionsteile der Pfandschloßvorrichtung, die mit dem Schlüssel der Pfandschloßvorrichtung eines weiteren Transportwagens zusammenwirken, baulicherseits (jedoch nicht funktionell) von jenen Funktionsteilen trennen, die in Wirkverbindung mit einem erbrachten Pfand (Münze, Scheckkarte usw.) stehen, unabhängig davon, ob nun die eine oder andere Gruppe dieser Funktionsteile als vormontierte Baueinheit vorliegt.
Die Erfindung wird anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigt
  • Fig. 1 eine Halterung, bei der die Pfandschloßvorrichtung aus wenigstens einem losen Funktionsteil und aus einer Baueinheit bestellt;
  • Fig. 2 eine Halterung mit einer aus zwei Baueinheiten bestehenden Pfandschloßvorrichtung sowie
  • Fig. 3 eine Halterung, deren Pfandschloßvorrichtung aus wenigstens zwei Baueinheiten und mindestens einem losen Funktionsteil gebildet ist.
    • Die Halterung 1 kann ein Gehäuse 2 sein, das einen Raum 3 aufweisend an einer geeigneten Stelle an einen, Transportwagen, insbesondere an einem Einkaufswagen befestigbar ist. Anstelle dieser Ausführung kann die Halterung 1 neben dem Gehäuse 2 und dem Raum 3 auch einen oder zwei Schiebegriffabschnitte 4 aufweisen (Fig. 2), so daß eine derart gestaltete Halterung 1 an einem Transportwagen angebracht, die Funktionen eines Schiebegriffes 7 und einer Pfandschloßvorrichtung 6 ausübt. Außerhalb des Raumes 3 befindet sich an der Halterung 1 ein bevorzugt an der Halterung 1 angeketteter, also flexibel angeordneter Schlüssel 5, der zum Einführen in die Pfandschloßvorrichtung 6 eines weiteren Transportwagens bestimmt ist. Transportwagen, die mit einer Halterung 1 mit Schlüssel 5 und Pfandschloßvorrichtung 6 ausgestattet sind, lassen sich in bekannter Weise auf Pfandbasis ausleihen und wieder zu einem Stapel gleicher Transportwagen zurückbringen.
    In den Zeichnungen Fig. 1 bis Fig. 3 sind vormontierte Baueinheiten der Pfandschloßvorrichtung mit B1 und B2 bezeichnet. Die lose einsetzbaren Funktionsteile der Pfandschloßvorrichtung 6 bedienen sich der Bezeichnung F1 bis F3. Beispielhaft soll die im Gehäuse 2 der Pfandschloßvorrichtung 6 einsetz- und arretierbare Baueinheit B1 jene Teile umfassen, die mit dem Schlüssel 5 einer weiteren Pfandschloßvorrichtung 6 zusammenwirken. Die mit B2 bezeichnete Baueinheit kann jene Teile umfassen, die mit einer Münze oder einem sonstigen passenden Pfandobjekt in Kontakt kommen.
    Die Funktionsteile F1 bis F3 bis Fn sind üblicherweise Teile, die zur Herstellung der Funktion der Pfandschloßvorrichtung 6 erforderlich sind. Diese Teile sind gewöhnlich Bolzen, federnde Elemente, Klauen usw. oder auch ein Deckel zum Verschließen des Raumes 3. Die Baueinheiten B1, B2, Bn sind Gebilde, die entweder auf einer Platte, oder in einem weiteren Gehäuse oder auch in einer Kassette wenigstens ein Funktionsteil beherbergen. Alle genannten Teile bilden montiert eine funktionsfähige Pfandschloßvorrichtung 6.
    Die Zeichnungen sind nur beispielhaft. Sie sollen den, Fachmann vermitteln, daß auch noch andere zweckmäßige Kombinationen von Baueinheiten B1, B2, Bn und Funktionsteilen F1, F2, Fn möglich sind, als nur hier aufgezeigt.

    Claims (5)

    1. Zum Befestigen an einem Transportwagen bestimmte Halterung (1) mit einem Raum (3) zur Aufnahme einer Pfandschloßvorrichtung (6), die ein Ausleihen von Transportwagen, insbesondere von Einkaufswagen erlaubt, wobei an der Halterung (1) ein bevorzugt flexibel angeordneter Schlüssel (5) vorgesehen ist, der zum Einführen in die Pfandschloßvorrichtung (6) eines weiteren Transportwagens bestimmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil der Funktionsteile der Pfandschloßvorrichtung (6) als vormontierte Baueinheit (B1) in den Raum (3) einfügbar und in diesem arretierbar ist und daß der verbliebene Teil der Funktionsteile (F1 bis Fn) entweder als mindestens ein loses Teil und/oder als wenigstens eine weitere vormontierte Baueinheit (B2 bis Bn) im Raum (3) einsetzbar ist.
    2. Halterung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit wenigstens einem Schiebegriffabschnitt (4) ausgestattet ist.
    3. Halterung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Baueinheit (B1 oder B2) jene Teile aufweist, die mit dem Schlüssel (5) einer weiteren Pfandschloßvorrichtung (6) zusammenwirken.
    4. Halterung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Baueinheit (B1 oder B2) jene Teile aufweist, die mit dem zu entrichtenden Pfand zusammenwirken.
    5. Halterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Funktionsteile (F1 bis F n ) einen Deckel zum Verschließen des Raumes (3) bildet.
