Claims (9)
- Induktives Bauelement mit einem Kern (1) aus ferromagnetischem Material und einem Wickelkörper (7) zur Aufnahme von elektrisch leitenden Wicklungen, bei dem der Wickelkörper (7) und der Kern (1) in einem zu einer Einheit zusammengefügten Zustand montierbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wickelkörper (7) am Kern (1) durch einen Kunststoffüberschuß (8) angeschmolzen ist. - Induktives Bauelement mit einem Kern (1) aus ferromagnetischem Material, einem Wickelkörper (7) zur Aufnahme von elektrisch leitenden Wicklungen und einem Trägerkörper (2), bei dem der Wickelkörper (7) und der Kern (1) in einem zu einer Einheit zusammengefügten Zustand montierbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (1) am Trägerkörper (2) durch Aufschmelzen von Kunststoff (6) festgelegt ist. - Induktives Bauelement nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (1) am Trägerkörper (2) durch Aufschmelzen von Kunststoff-Flanschen (4) festgelegt ist. - Induktives Bauelement nach Anspruch 3,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine am Rand der Kunststoff-Flansche (4) angebrachte Nase (5). - Induktives Bauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägerkörper (2) aus einem thermoplastischem Kunststoff besteht. - Induktives Bauelement nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nase (5) sich wenigstens teilweise über die Länge des Flansches (4) erstreckt. - Induktives Bauelement nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flansche in Öffnungen oder gesonderte Schlitze (3) des Kernes (1) eingeführt sind. - Verfahren zum Herstellen eines induktiven Bauelements nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Kern (1) mit einem Wickelkörper (7) und elektrisch leitenden Wicklungen auf einem Trägerkörper (2) aufgesetzt wird, daß über den Kern (1) überstehende Enden eines Flansches (4) des Trägerkörpers (2) erwärmt werden, um den thermoplastischen Kunststoff der Enden des Flansches (4) aufzuschmelzen, und daß der erweichte thermoplastische Kunststoff auf die Oberfläche des Kernes (1) angepreßt und der erweichte thermoplastische Kunststoff zum Erstarren gebracht wird (6). - Verfahren zum Herstellen eines induktiven Bauelements nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoffüberschuß (8) durch einen Heizstab aufgeschmolzen wird.
