Claims (1)
- Monolithisches Filter (1), insbesondere Mikrowellenfilter, das aus einem Keramikkörper (2) besteht, in dem Durchbohrungen (3, 4) angeordnet sind, die von einer Seite (5) zur gegenüberliegenden Seite (6) führen, bei dem die Oberfläche des Keramikkörpers (2) mit Ausnahme einer Seite (6) eine Metallisierung (7) besitzt, der von der Metallisierung (7) isolierte Anschlußflächen (8, 9) zum kapazitiven Ein-/Auskoppeln von HF-Signalen aufweist, und bei dem zwischen den Anschlußflächen (8, 9) ein Masseanschluß (10) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Masseanschluß (10) von der Metallisierung (7) getrennt ist.
