Abstract

Conduit de robinet en une seule pièce démontable à nettoyage simplifié, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un corps allongé (1), pourvu longitudinalement et intérieurement d'un alésage borgne (2), le dit corps allongé (1) étant pourvu à l'extrémité d'entrée du fluide d'un raccord rapide mâle (4) et à l'autre extrémité munie d'un méplat (5) traversé par un ou plusieurs ajutages (6) orientés dans la même direction, communiquant avec l'alésage borgne (2) de sorte que toutes les surfaces du conduit puissent être atteintes au moment du nettoyage.

Description

La présente invention a pour objet un robinet démontable à nettoyage simplifié.
Dans tout ce qui suit, il est entendu que, au sens de l'invention, on considérera comme pouvant être désigné par "fluide" tout produit liquide, pâteux, ou même solide à l'état de poudre, c'est-à-dire susceptible de s'écouler.
On connaít des systèmes de ce type qui s'approchent de ce conduit, utilisés par exemple dans les laboratoires, dans l'industrie agro-alimentaire, dans les hôpitaux ou en règle générale tout conduit dans lequel il est nécessaire à un moment donné et de manière répétée d'éliminer tous les germes, les résidus, les impuretés et les incrustations.
Les systèmes connus sont imparfaits. Ils sont complexes, en plusieurs pièces, avec des aspérités et des filetages, muni de surfaces inaccessibles et nécessitent pour le nettoyage un démontage complet, nettoyage qui ne peut pas être parfait d'autant plus que les systèmes connus ne peuvent pas pour la plupart supporter une chloration désinfectante répétée ou des stérilisations à cause de la matière dans laquelle il sont construits.
L'invention se propose de remédier à ces différents inconvénients par un dispositif simple ne nécessitant aucun outil de démontage.
Conformément à l'invention, ce résultat est obtenu avec un robinet démontable à nettoyage simplifié caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un corps allongé, pourvu longitudinalement et intérieurement d'un alésage borgne, le dit corps allongé étant pourvu à l'extrémité d'entrée du fluide d'un raccord rapide mâle et à l'autre extrémité d'un ou plusieurs ajutages communiquant avec l'alésage borgne de sorte que toutes les surfaces lisses du conduit puissent être atteintes facilement au moment du nettoyage.
Le robinet est constitué d'une seule pièce limitant ainsi au maximum toute incrustation ou dépot dans un sillon ou sur une arête intérieur ou extérieur au robinet, sillon ou arête généré par toute pièce supplémentaire ou assemblage autre qu'un asemblage rendant deux ou plusieurs pièces solidaires (soudures, collage, ect...) laissant ainsi les surfaces lisses.
Dans tout ce qui suit on fera référence à un fluide constitué par de l'eau provenant du réseau de distribution d'eau.
On comprendra mieux l'invention à l'aide de la description ci-après d'un mode préféré de mise en oeuvre de l'invention, le robinet étant un bec de robinet monté sur un lavabo hospitalier. Les malades dont les défenses immunitaires sont affaiblies ou même ont disparu ne doivent pas être mis au contact avec des germes hydriques qui peuvent être transmis par l'utilisation du robinet infecté pour le lavage personnel du malade ou le lavage des mains du personnel hospitalier. On sait que les becs infectés le sont pour la plupart par rétro-contamination. Les becs actuellement utilisés comportent par exemple à l'entrée de l'eau, un tube fileté qui traverse une cloison et sont fixés de l'autre côté de la cloison par un écrou, ou encore, sont munis d'écrous libres qui maintiennent les becs par vissage sur les conduites d'arrivées d'eau. Les ajutages des becs comprennent plusieurs pièces, écrous pour maintenir les filtres, croisillons, mousseurs, etc... qui constituent un support idéal pour les germes hydriques qui s'y développent.

Le robinet se présente sous la forme d'un corps allongé (1) pourvu longitudinalement et intérieurement d'un alésage borgne (2) le dit corps allongé (1) étant pourvu à l'extrémité d'entrée du fluide (3), d'un raccord rapide mâle (4) et à l'autre extrémité d'un ou plusieurs ajutages placés sur un méplat (6) de sorte à obtenir un jet sensiblement unidirectionnel, ajutages communiquant avec l'alésage borgne (2) de sorte que toute les surfaces puissent être atteintes facilement pour le nettoyage. Les ajutages ont des diamètres suffisamment importants pour laisser le passage à un écouvillon. La matière dans laquelle est fabriqué ce bec est de l'inox médical ou tout autre matériau qui supporte les détergents, les décontaminants, les désinfectants et les stérilisations.

Claims (3)

  1. Bec de robinet en une seule pièce démontable à nettoyage simplifié caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un corps (1) allongé, pourvu longitudinalement et intérieurement d'un alésage (2) borgne, le dit corps allongé étant pourvu à l'extrémité d'entrée du fluide (3) d'un raccord rapide mâle (4) et à l'autre extrémité d'un ou plusieurs ajutages (6) communiquant avec l'alésage borgne (2), de sorte que toutes les surfaces du conduit puissent être atteintes au moment du nettoyage.
  2. Bec de robinet selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte le ou les ajutages positionnés sur un méplat.
  3. Bec de robinet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une forme quelconque, éventuellement sinueuse, l'alésage borgne (2) étant lisse quelle que soit la forme dudit bec de robinet.
