Claims (12)
- Dispositif (4) pour transférer des conteneurs empilés de tabac haché (1a, 1b) vers des dispositifs d'alimentation individuels (3) de machines fabriquant des cigarettes,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un poste (5) qui se déplace à angle droit par rapport auxdits dispositifs d'alimentation (3), qui sont munis de moyens pour saisir, basculer, empiler et désempiler lesdits conteneurs (1a, 1b) agencés sur des supports mobiles (13a, 13b) qui se déplacent parallèlement auxdits dispositifs d'alimentation (3) et à angle droit par rapport à ceux-ci. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que ledit poste (5) se déplace sur des guides (6a, 6b) agencés transversalement à une trémie (7) pour charger une pluralité de dispositifs d'alimentation (3) qui sont agencés mutuellement côte à côte. - Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que ledit poste (5) a des moyens d'accouplement à glissement sur lesdits guides (6a, 6b) et comprend une paire de montants verticaux (8a, 8b) entre lesquels au moins une traverse (9) est prévue qui peut se déplacer verticalement grâce à des moyens de levage (10). - Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que des moyens pour saisir et basculer au moins un conteneur plein (1a) ou au moins un conteneur vide (1b) sont agencés au niveau de ladite traverse (9), lesdits moyens étant constitués de deux bras (12a, 12b) qui sont associés de façon coulissante, à une extrémité, transversalement à ladite traverse (9) et saisissent à la manière d'un étau des surfaces latérales d'au moins un desdits conteneurs (1a, 1b). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits deux bras (12a, 12b) ont des moyens qui permettent leur rotation pour basculer ledit conteneur (1a, 1b). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de levage (10) permettent, ainsi que lesdits moyens pour saisir et basculer lesdits conteneurs, d'empiler et de désempiler lesdits conteneurs (1a, 1b) dans des régions séparées qui sont agencées côte à côte. - Dispositif selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits conteneurs (1a, 1b), qui sont mutuellement empilés à l'avance, sont agencés sur des supports mobiles séparés constitués par une paire de bancs à rouleaux (13a, 13b) qui sont agencés côte à côte et sont montés sur des roues (14) qui roulent sur des rails (15) agencés approximativement parallèlement auxdits guides (6a, 6b). - Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits rails (15) sont latéralement adjacents à une pluralité de bancs à rouleaux fixes additionnels (16) qui sont également orientés et ont la même largeur que lesdits supports mobiles (13a, 13b). - Dispositif selon la revendication 8,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits rouleaux desdits bancs à rouleaux fixes (16) et lesdits supports mobiles (13a, 13b) sont motorisés de façon à permettre d'envoyer et/ou de recevoir lesdits conteneurs pleins et vides (1a, 1b) audit poste (5) disposé entre lesdits bancs à rouleaux fixes (16) et lesdits guides (6a, 6b). - Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits conteneurs vides et pleins (1a, 1b) se déplacent à la fois à angle droit par rapport auxdits guides (6a, 6b) et auxdits dispositifs d'alimentation et parallèlement à ceux-ci. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unité logique centralisée qui est commandée par un ordinateur muni d'un programme qui, par l'intermédiaire de capteurs et/ou d'actionneurs et/ou de commandes, détermine les séquences de fonctionnement des différents composants dudit dispositif (4) et desdits supports mobiles (13a, 13b). - Procédé pour transférer des conteneurs empilés de tabac haché (1a, 1b), utilisant le dispositif de la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes de :transférer une pile de conteneurs pleins (1a) pour les placer devant un dispositif d'alimentation dans des directions qui sont parallèle et/ou perpendiculaire audit dispositif d'alimentation (3) ;transférer lesdits dispositifs (5) pour saisir, basculer, empiler et désempiler des conteneurs vides ou pleins pour les placer devant ledit dispositif d'alimentation (3) en les déplaçant dans des directions qui sont perpendiculaires audit dispositif d'alimentation (3) ;saisir le premier conteneur (1a) de ladite pile de conteneurs pleins pour les placer et ensuite lever et basculer le tabac haché dans ledit dispositif d'alimentation (3) ;tourner ledit conteneur (1b), qui est maintenant vide, au loin desdits dispositifs d'alimentation et le déplacer latéralement, et ensuite empiler ledit conteneur vide (1b) ;transférer ledit dispositif (5) vers un autre dispositif d'alimentation (3) et répéter les étapes ci-dessus ;transférer lesdites piles de conteneurs vides (1b) pour le stockage et/ou le remplissage.
