Description
Claims (9)
- Kartonrohr-Abschluss, insbesondere Deckel für eine Dose, bzw. Streudose, mit einem um eine Achse angeordneten, geschlossenen, metallfreien Karton-Mantel (1,2) und einem mit dem Mantel (1,2) dicht verbundenen, metallfreien Abschlusselement (3,4) in Form einer Karton-Membran, deren Abschlussfläche (3a,4a) quer zur Achse angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschlussfläche (3a,4a) im Bereich der lichten Öffnung des Kartonrohres wenigstens teilweise in dessen Abschlussebene liegt und einen ringförmigen Kragen (3b,4b) aufweist, der mit seiner ersten, inneren, zylinderringförmigen Kontaktfläche (3c,4c) an einer zweiten, äusseren, zylinderringförmigen Kontaktfläche (1c, 2c) des Mantels (1,2) anliegt.
- Karton-Rohrabschluss nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschlussfläche (3a,4a) einen peripheren Bereich (10), der in der Rohrabschlussebene liegt, einen zentralen Bereich (12), der gegen das Rohrinnere versetzt ist, und einen Übergangsbereich (11) aufweist, der den zentralen und den peripheren Bereich (12 bzw. 10) - vorzugsweise gegen die Rohrabschlussebene hin schräg nach aussen verlaufend - miteinander verbindet.
- Karton-Rohrabschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der ersten (3c,4c) und/oder zweiten (1c,2c) Kontaktfläche im Mantel (1,2) und/oder im Kragen (3b,4b) mindestens eine, vorzugsweise kreisförmige, Sicke angebracht ist.
- Dose, mit mindestens einem Karton-Rohrabschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3.
- Dose nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschlussfläche (4a) in einer Dosenabschlussebene liegt und als Streumembran mit mindestens einer, insbesondere von einer entfernbaren Schutzfläche (5) abgedeckten, Austrittsöffnung (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Dose nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschlussfläche (3a,4a) in einer Dosenabschlussebene liegt und als dichter Dosenboden bzw. Dosenabschluss ausgebildet ist.
- Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kragen (4b) so gegen die Dosenachse zusammengepresst ist, dass seine Aussenseite bündig an die Aussenseite des unverformten Mantels (2) anschliesst, oder gegebenenfalls die Aussenseite eines Deckels (3) bündig an die Aussenseite des unverformten Mantels (2) anschliesst.
- Kartonrohr-Abschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, ausgebildet als Dosendeckel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Kragen (3b) in Achsrichtung über den ganzen Mantel erstreckt.
- Dose mit Dosendeckel, die beide einen Karton-Rohrabschluss nach Anspruch 2 oder 3 aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergangsbereiche (11) der beiden Karton-Rohrabschlüsse so gegeneinander versetzt sind, dass zwischen den Dosen-Abschlusselement (4a) und dem Deckel-Abschlusselement (3a) ein geschlossener, einen Druckausgleichsbereich bildender Hohlraum (13) gebildet ist.
