Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung aus Kunststoff zum Ausdrücken von Tabletten aus einer Blisterverpackung.
Für die Abgabe von Tabletten werden oftmals Blisterverpackungen eingesetzt, da diese übersichtlich sind und eine kontrollierte Abgabe begünstigen. Solche Blisterverpackungen bestehen aus einer tiefgezogenen Kunststoffolie mit je einer Erhebung, in der jeweils eine Tablette Aufnahme findet und mit einer aufgeschweissten durchgehenden Metallfolie abgedeckt ist. Zur Herausnahme der Tabletten muss man die Verpackung in der Hand halten und mittels Daumendruck auf die Erhebung in der Kunststoffolie die Tablette durch die Metallfolie hindurchpressen, wobei die Erhebung umgestülpt wird.
Bei der Metallfolie handelt es sich meist um eine bedruckte Aluminiumfolie, doch werden auch beschichtete Aluminiumfolien, plastifizierte Aluminiumfolien und Kunststoffolien, die mit einer Metallschicht bedampft sind, eingesetzt. Die aufzuwendende Kraft zur Abgabe einer Tablette ist einerseits von der Biegesteifigkeit der tiefgezogenen, meist transparenten Kunststoffolie und andererseits von der Zähigkeit der Deckfolie abhängig.
Aus der US-A-4'384'649 ist eine Vorrichtung bekannt zur schnellen Entnahme aller Tabletten aus einer Blisterverpackung. Hierzu ist eine Grundplatte mit Vertiefungen vorgesehen, auf der die Blisterverpackung mit den Erhebungen nach unten auflegbar ist, worauf eine schwenkbare Stanzplatte die Deckfolie über allen Erhebungen durchtrennt.
Sowohl die EP-A-0'547'426 als auch die US-A-3'630'171 zeigen zur Einzelentnahme von Tabletten aus Blisterpackungen geeignete Vorrichtungen mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Patentanspruches 1.
Während bei der EP-A-0'547'426 die Deckplatte bei der Entnahme von Tabletten, wie bei der Erfindung, geschlossen bleibt, muss diese bei der US-A-3'630'171 geöffnet werden. Die erstgenannte Lösung hat im Deckel eine Kulissenführung in der ein Stössel gleitend geführt ist.
Diverse Patienten haben krankheitsbedingt Schwierigkeiten mit dem Herausdrücken der Tabletten aus der Blisterverpackung. Dies trifft insbesondere bei Patienten mit Parkinson'scher Krankheit und bei solchen mit rheumatischen Krankheiten in den Händen zu. Oftmals sind solche Patienten bereits bei solch einfachen Handgriffen überfordert und auf die Hilfe Dritter angewiesen. Es ist daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, mittels der auch handikapierte Patienten ohne fremde Hilfe eine Tablette aus einer Blisterverpackung entnehmen können.
Diese Aufgabe löst eine Vorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungsformen gehen aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen hervor und deren Bedeutung ist der nachfolgenden Beschreibung zu entnehmen.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes detailliert dargestellt und anhand der nachfolgenden Beschreibung erläutert. Es zeigt:

Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung 1 besteht im wesentlichen aus einer Grundplatte 10 und einer damit schwenkbar verbundenen Deckplatte 20. Die Deckplatte 20 ist vorzugsweise integral verbunden mit der Grundplatte 10 und beide Platten 10,20 sind bezüglich einer Schwenkachse 21 relativ zueinander verschwenkbar. Die Schwenkachse 21 ist im vorliegenden Beispiel durch zwei Scharniere 22 gebildet. Die Scharniere 22 sind als Filmscharniere ausgebildet. Auf der Grundplatte aufliegend ist eine Blisterverpackung 2 gezeigt. Die Blisterverpackung 2 besteht aus einer tiefgezogenen Kunststoffolie 3, in der Erhebungen 4 eingeformt sind. Diese Erhebungen 4 bilden eine Aufnahme für die zu verpackenden Tabletten. In jeder Erhebung 4 liegt somit eine hier nicht dargestellte Tablette T. Die Tablette T ist lediglich in der Figur 6 im hinausgedrückten Zustand ersichtlich. Beim Hinausdrücken der Tablette durchtrennt diese die Abdeckfolie 5 und die Erhebung 4 wird umgestülpt.
Die Grundplatte 10 besteht im wesentlichen aus einer flachen Platte, die zur Auflageseite hin vertikal abstehende Rippen 11 aufweist. Diese Rippen bilden zumindest einen umlaufenden Rand. Vorzugsweise wird man jedoch zur Versteifung zusätzlich eine Mittelrippe 11' vorsehen, die zentrisch zwischen den beiden Längsrippen 11 angeordnet ist. Weitere, quer zu diesen Längsrippen verlaufende Querrippen können zusätzlich vorgesehen sein. Diese verlaufen dann jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarten Oeffnungen 12 in der Grundplatte. Die Höhe der Rippen 11,11' ist so bemessen, dass sie grösser als die Dicke der auszudrückenden Tabletten T ist. Die Unterkanten sämtlicher Rippen definieren eine Standebene E. Während der Benützung der Vorrichtung kommt folglich die Standebene auf einer Auflagefläche 6 zu liegen. Dann fallen somit die Standebene E und die Auflagefläche 6 zusammen.
Damit die Blisterverpackung in korrekter Anordnung auf der Grundplatte 10 zu liegen kommt, sind seitlich senkrecht zur Längskante verlaufende, kurze Positionierungsnasen 13 angeordnet. Diese Positionierungsnasen 13 dienen dazu, in seitlichen Ausnehmungen 7 der einzulegenden Blisterverpackung einzugreifen. Die Grundplatte ist vorzugsweise mit einer nach oben gezogenen, umlaufenden Umgrenzungswand 14 versehen, auf die die Deckplatte 20 im geschlossenen Zustand der Vorrichtung 1 aufliegt. Diese Lösung ist deshalb zu bevorzugen, weil in der hier dargestellten bevorzugten Ausführungsform die Blisterverpackung 2 mit ihrer Abdeckfolie 5 nicht direkt auf der Grundplatte 10 aufliegt. Die leicht distanzierte Auflage der Blisterverpackung 2 auf der Grundplatte 10 erfolgt mittels stützenden, rippenförmigen Erhebungen 15. Diese stützenden Erhebungen bilden ein Raster, wobei in jedem so definiert abgegrenzten Feld je eine Tablette zu liegen kommt. Diese Felder 16 weisen jeweils eine etwa zentrisch darin angeordnete Oeffnung 12 auf, die somit senkrecht unter jeweils einer Erhebung 4 der Blisterverpackung 2 zu liegen kommt. An den Oeffnungen 12, die jeweils eine etwa rechtwinklige Form aufweisen, sind jeweils an einer Längskante Prägekanten 17 vorgesehen. Durch Druck auf die Erhebungen 4 perforieren die Prägekanten 17 die Deckfolie 5 am Rande der entsprechenden Erhebung, auf welche Druck ausgeübt wird. Die obere Kante sämtlicher Prägekanten 17 und die Oberflächen der stützenden, rippenförmigen Erhebungen 15 auf der Grundplatte 10 bilden so eine gemeinsame Stützebene, auf der die Blisterverpackung aufliegt. Die Grundplatte 10 kann zusätzlich noch Verdickungen aufweisen, die sich bis in diese Stützebene erstrecken und somit zusätzliche Stützwirkung erzielen.
Die Deckplatte 20 ist gegengleich zur Grundplatte 10 gestaltet. Die Deckplatte 20 weist somit genau gleich viel Oeffnungen 23 auf, die im geschlossenen Zustand der Vorrichtung 1 etwa deckungsgleich über die Oeffnungen 12 in der Grundplatte 10 zu liegen kommen. Die Deckplatte 20 ist gegenüber einem umlaufenden Rand 24 um eine Stufe etwa um Materialdicke hinabgezogen, um im geschlossenen Zustand der Vorrichtung 1 auf die eingelegte Blisterverpackung 2 zu drücken. In der gleichen Ebene wie die um Materialdicke heruntergezogene Deckplatte 20 ist an der den Scharnieren 22 gegenüberliegenden Längskante eine Lasche 25 angeordnet. Die Lasche 25 hat an ihrer zur Mitte hin liegenden Seitenkante eine Verriegelungsnase 26. An der Grundplatte 10 ist ebenfalls an der dem Scharnier 22 gegenüberliegenden Längskante eine Lasche 18 vorgesehen, die in einem ersten Bereich in der Standebene E verläuft und dann über eine Stufe 18' auf das Niveau der Oberkante der Umgrenzungswand 14 hochgezogen ist. Auch diese Lasche 18 weist an der mittigen Seitenkante eine Verriegelungsnase 19 auf, die mit der Verriegelungsnase 26 an der Lasche 25 der Deckplatte 20 im verschlossenen Zustand der Vorrichtung 1 im Eingriff ist. Im geschlossenen Zustand überlappen sich somit die beiden Verriegelungsnasen 19 und 26. Dies ist in der Figur 5 ersichtlich.
Eine derart ausgebildete Vorrichtung lässt sich einstückig aus Kunststoff fertigen und ist folglich äusserst preisgünstig. Die Vorrichtung kann von den Apotheken zusammen mit den entsprechenden, in Blisterverpackungen abgegebenen Tabletten kostenlos dem Patienten gegeben werden. Vielfach benötigen solche Patienten während einer längeren Therapiezeit immer dieselben Tabletten. Die Vorrichtung kann somit mehrfach wiederverwendet werden. Für den handikapierten Patienten lassen sich die so verpackten Tabletten erheblich einfacher ausdrücken. Die Verpackung selber braucht nicht in der Hand gehalten zu werden sondern kann in der Vorrichtung 1 gehalten auf eine Auflagefläche 6, beispielsweise eine Tischplatte gelegt werden und die Tablette nur mittels Fingerdruck hinausgedrückt werden. Die Tablette kommt somit auf die Tischplatte zu liegen und die Vorrichtung kann weggehoben werden. Der umlaufende Rand stellt dabei sicher, dass die Tablette nicht wegrollt. Patienten mit besonders schmerzhaftem Gelenkrheuma in den Händen können die Tablette aus der Blisterverpackung auch mittels Ellbogendruck auf die Erhebungen 4, die durch die Oeffnungen 23 der Deckplatte 20 nach oben vorstehen, hinausdrücken.

Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) aus Kunststoff zum Ausdrücken von Tabletten (T) aus einer Blisterverpackung (2), wobei die Vorrichtung aus einer unteren Grundplatte (10) mit zu einer Auflagefläche (6) hin gerichteten, eine Standebene (E) definierenden Rippen (11) versehen ist, deren Höhe grösser als die Dicke der auszudrückenden Tabletten (T) ist und wobei die Grundplatte (10) Oeffnungen (12) aufweist, die dem Raster der darauf aufzulegenden Erhebungen (4) in der Blisterverpackung entsprechen, und dass ferner eine schwenkbar um eine Längskante der Grundplatte an dieser befestigte Deckplatte (20) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckplatte (20) mit Oeffnungen (23), die im wesentlichen deckungsgleich mit den Oeffnungen (12) in der Grundplatte (10) sind und wobei die Deckplatte (20) so um eine Schwenkachse (21) auf die Grundplatte schwenkbar ist, dass eine zwischen Grundplatte (10) und Deckplatte (20) eingelegte Blisterverpackung (2) sich mit den Erhebungen (4) im geschlossenen Zustand der Vorrichtung (1) durch die Oeffnungen (23) in der Deckplatte (20) hindurch nach oben erstreckt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Grundplatte (10) sich nach oben erstreckende, seitlich angeordnete Positionierungsnasen (13) angebracht sind, die dazu dienen, in seitlichen Ausnehmungen (7) der einzulegenden Blisterverpackung (2) einzugreifen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Grund- und an der Deckplatte zueinander verriegelnde Mittel (19,26) vorgesehen sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verriegelnden Mittel je eine an der der Schwenkachse (21) gegenüberliegenden Längskante angeordnete zueinander gerichtete Laschen (18,25) sind, die je eine Verriegelungsnase (19,26) aufweisen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Standebene (E) definierenden Rippen (11) einen umlaufenden Rand bilden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich eine mittige zwischen den Oeffnungen angeordnete, parallel zur Längskante verlaufende, stützende Rippe (11') vorhanden ist, die in derselben Standebene (E) endet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang mindestens einer Kante jeder etwa rechteckigen Oeffnung (12) in der Grundplatte eine nach oben gerichtete scharfkantige Prägekante (17) angebracht ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang mindestens einer Kante jeder Oeffnung zumindest an der der Prägekante (17) gegenüberliegenden Seite eine nach oben gerichtete stützende rippenförmige Erhebung (15) vorgesehen ist, die im wesentlichen gleich hoch wie die Prägekante (17) ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seitlich den etwa rechtwinkligen Oeffnungen (12) auf der Grundplatte stützende Erhebungen vorgesehen sind, die zusammen mit den Prägekanten (17) in einer Stützebene liegen, auf der die Blisterpackung (2) mit der zu durchstanzenden Folie (5) aufzuliegen kommt.
  10. Vörrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (10) eine nach oben gezogene umlaufende Umgrenzungswand (14) aufweist, auf der die Deckplatte (20) im geschlossenen Zustand aufliegt.
