Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (1) aus Kunststoff zum Ausdrücken von Tabletten (T) aus einer Blisterverpackung (2), wobei die Vorrichtung aus einer unteren Grundplatte (10) mit zu einer Auflagefläche (6) hin gerichteten, eine Standebene (E) definierenden Rippen (11) versehen ist, deren Höhe grösser als die Dicke der auszudrückenden Tabletten (T) ist und wobei die Grundplatte (10) Oeffnungen (12) aufweist, die dem Raster der darauf aufzulegenden Erhebungen (4) in der Blisterverpackung entsprechen, und dass ferner eine schwenkbar um eine Längskante der Grundplatte an dieser befestigte Deckplatte (20) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckplatte (20) mit Oeffnungen (23), die im wesentlichen deckungsgleich mit den Oeffnungen (12) in der Grundplatte (10) sind und wobei die Deckplatte (20) so um eine Schwenkachse (21) auf die Grundplatte schwenkbar ist, dass eine zwischen Grundplatte (10) und Deckplatte (20) eingelegte Blisterverpackung (2) sich mit den Erhebungen (4) im geschlossenen Zustand der Vorrichtung (1) durch die Oeffnungen (23) in der Deckplatte (20) hindurch nach oben erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Grundplatte (10) sich nach oben erstreckende, seitlich angeordnete Positionierungsnasen (13) angebracht sind, die dazu dienen, in seitlichen Ausnehmungen (7) der einzulegenden Blisterverpackung (2) einzugreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Grund- und an der Deckplatte zueinander verriegelnde Mittel (19,26) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verriegelnden Mittel je eine an der der Schwenkachse (21) gegenüberliegenden Längskante angeordnete zueinander gerichtete Laschen (18,25) sind, die je eine Verriegelungsnase (19,26) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Standebene (E) definierenden Rippen (11) einen umlaufenden Rand bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich eine mittige zwischen den Oeffnungen angeordnete, parallel zur Längskante verlaufende, stützende Rippe (11') vorhanden ist, die in derselben Standebene (E) endet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang mindestens einer Kante jeder etwa rechteckigen Oeffnung (12) in der Grundplatte eine nach oben gerichtete scharfkantige Prägekante (17) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang mindestens einer Kante jeder Oeffnung zumindest an der der Prägekante (17) gegenüberliegenden Seite eine nach oben gerichtete stützende rippenförmige Erhebung (15) vorgesehen ist, die im wesentlichen gleich hoch wie die Prägekante (17) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seitlich den etwa rechtwinkligen Oeffnungen (12) auf der Grundplatte stützende Erhebungen vorgesehen sind, die zusammen mit den Prägekanten (17) in einer Stützebene liegen, auf der die Blisterpackung (2) mit der zu durchstanzenden Folie (5) aufzuliegen kommt.
- Vörrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (10) eine nach oben gezogene umlaufende Umgrenzungswand (14) aufweist, auf der die Deckplatte (20) im geschlossenen Zustand aufliegt.
