Claims (9)
- Ensemble d'éléments préfabriqués en béton destinés à être assemblés pour constituer la paroi voûtée d'un ouvrage d'art, chaque élément (5) étant destiné à venir en appui contre un ou plusieurs autres éléments (5) semblables situés en regard, et à être assemblé à ce ou ces autres éléments (5) au moyen d'une longrine (43) en béton pour constituer ladite paroi voûtée (2), et chaque élément (5) comprenant, au niveau de son extrémité destinée à être assemblée à l'extrémité d'un autre élément (5), un évidement (10) aménagé dans sa face extérieure, pour le coulage de la longrine (43), et des armatures (15) situées dans cet évidement (10), pour son assemblage aux autres éléments (5),
ensemble d'éléments (5) caractérisé en ce que chaque élément (5) comprend au moins une pièce rigide d'appui (16) fixée à lui, faisant saillie à l'intérieur de l'évidement (10) et comportant, à son extrémité libre, une surface (18) de profil non plan, cette pièce rigide d'appui (16) venant porter, lorsque l'élément (5) considéré est mis en appui contre un autre élément (5) situé en regard, contre une pièce (16) semblable que comprend cet autre élément (5), ces deux pièces rigides d'appui (16) présentant des profils complémentaires (21,22), de sorte que l'extrémité d'une pièce (16) est apte à venir en prise avec l'extrémité de l'autre pièce (16) pour assurer le calage des éléments (5). - Ensemble d'éléments selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pièces d'appui (16) comprennent ou reçoivent des moyens, tels que des boulons (26), permettant d'assurer leur maintien en contact mutuel.
- Ensemble d'éléments selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque pièce d'appui (16) est constituée par un profilé (17), dont une partie est noyée dans la paroi de l'élément (5) et dont une autre partie fait saillie de cette paroi, et par une plaque d'appui (18) fixée à l'extrémité libre de ce profilé (17), cette plaque (18) présentant, selon qu'elle est placée sur un élément (5) situé sur un côté de l'ouvrage ou sur un élément (5) situé en face de celui-ci, soit une cavité longitudinale (21), soit une saillie longitudinale (22) destinée à être reçue dans cette cavité (21) pour permettre la venue en prise de ces deux plaques (18).
- Ensemble d'éléments selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une platine (19) est fixée à chaque profilé (17) de manière à prendre appui contre l'élément (5).
- Ensemble d'éléments selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément représente une moitié de la section voûtée de l'ouvrage (1), et en ce que la série d'éléments (5) de l'ouvrage (1) située sur un côté de l'ouvrage (1) est décalée d'environ une demi-largeur d'élément (5) par rapport à la série d'éléments (5) située sur l'autre côté de l'ouvrage (1), chaque élément (5) comprenant alors au moins deux pièces d'appui (16) situées environ au quart et au trois-quart de sa largeur.
- Ensemble d'éléments selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les armatures (15) sont en forme de boucles, et en ce que les pièces d'appui (16), situées entre deux armatures (15) consécutives, sont inscrites dans les boucles que forment ces armatures (15).
- Ensemble d'éléments selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la paroi située sur le côté intérieur de l'élément (5) pour délimiter le fond dudit évidement (10) est constituée par un becquet (12) formant corps avec l'élément (5), la face d'extrémité libre de ce becquet (12) étant située légèrement en retrait de l'interface d'appui desdites pièces d'appui (16).
- Ensemble d'éléments selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le bord inférieur de chaque élément comprend :des armatures (30) en forme de boucles, destinées à être noyées dans du béton coulé formant un radier ou des semelles d'appui (6) ;au moins deux pieds (31) venant en appui contre le sol, constitués chacun par un profilé (32) de largeur moindre que celle des armatures (30) et par une plaque d'appui (33) fixée à l'extrémité libre de ce profilé (32).
- Ensemble d'éléments selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les pieds (31) sont munis de moyens (34) permettant de régler leur longueur, donc la hauteur de chaque élément (5) par rapport au sol.
