Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur stufig veränderbaren radialen Festlegung von Hartmetallmesserplatten in Messerköpfen für die Holz- und Kunststoffbearbeitung, bestehend aus an den beiden gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten (13) der Messerplatte (1) eingeschliffenen wellenartigen Profilen (15) und aus damit formschlüssig zusammenwirkenden Gegenelementen (2) der Messerplattenhalterung im Messerkopf, die ein zu dem wellenartigen Profil (15) der Messerplattenseitenkanten komplementäres und darin eingreifendes Profil haben, und wobei die Ausdehnung des Wellenprofils (15) in Richtung der Messerplattenseitenkanten (13) um mindestens eine Wellenteilung größer ist als die entsprechende Ausdehnung des komplementären Profils (21) der Gegenelemente (2).
- Festlegungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die wellenartigen Profile (15) jeweils in seitlichen Einschnitten (14) in den Messerplattenseitenkanten (13) gebildet sind.
- Festlegungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die seitlichen Einschnitte (14) jeweils in der Mitte der radialen Länge der Messerplattenseitenkanten (13) gebildet sind.
- Festlegungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei die Gegenelemente (2) vollständig innerhalb der seitlichen Einschnitte (14) der Messerplatte angeordnet sind.
- Festlegungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Gegenelemente (2) in Form von Krallen mit einem mehrere Wellenteilungen umfassenden, zu dem wellenartigen Profil (15) der Messerplattenseitenkanten komplementären oder diesem entsprechenden Profil ausgebildet ist, wobei das Profil der Messerplattenseitenkanten mehr Wellenteilungen umfaßt als das Profil der krallenförmigen Gegenelemente.
- Festlegungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Gegenelemente (2) durch zylindrische Zapfen gebildet sind, die jeweils in eine Wellenbucht des Profils (15) der Messerplattenseitenkanten eingreifen, und wobei das Profil der Messerplattenseitenkanten mindestens zwei Wellenbuchten umfaßt.
