Abstract

Hydraulikanlage für ein mit einem Verstellpropeller (17) ausgerüstetes Schiff. Die Hydraulikanlage umfaßt ein erstes Hydrauliksystem mit einer Konstantpumpe (1) in einem ersten Ölkreislauf für ein Verstellventil (5) zur Betätigung der Getriebekupplung (20) des Schiffsgetriebes (18) sowie ein zweites Hydrauliksystem, bei welchem gemäß der Erfindung als Ölförderpumpe (6) für einen zweiten Ölkreislauf bzw. für ein zweites Verstellventil (9) zur Betätigung des Verstellpropellers (17) ebenfalls eine Konstantpumpe (6) verwendet wird. Das Verstellventil (9) ist dabei als Proportional-Wegeventil mit zwei Arbeitsstellungen und einer einen drucklosen Umlauf des Öls ermöglichenden Neutralstellung ausgebildet. Alternativ kann auch ein Proportional-Wegeventil mit zwei Arbeitsstellungen und einer Sperrstellung oder auch ein normales Schwarz-Weiß-Wegeventil mit zwei Arbeitsstellungen verwendet werden. Das Verstellventil (9) wird mit Hilfe von Steueröl betätigt, welches über eine Steuerölleitung (X) aus dem ersten Ölkreislauf für die Getriebekupplung (20) entnommen wird. Beide Ölkreisläufe besitzen einen gemeinsamen Ölsumpf (12) im Getriebegehäuse (18).
