Definitions
- the invention relates to a concrete element in the form of a Pavement, stair, edging stone or the like according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- the invention addresses the problem of a concrete element in the form of a paving stone, stair stone, edging stone o. Like. To create, which can be produced with little effort Usable surface improved even when exposed to liquids Has slip resistance and is quick Drying and cleaning on the surface are favored is.
- the paving stone designed according to the invention is provided in the area of its usable surface with a geometrically uniform profile structure, the step knobs and shaping grooves which intersect in the manner of a lattice pattern form a step surface which also maintains its comparatively high friction effect when liquids are placed on it.
- film-forming liquids such as mineral oils or the like, are derived from this upper step surface in the area of petrol stations via the groove structure which acts as a liquid guide trough, so that even persons who produce only slight surface pressures in the area of the step sole largely avoid the risk of slipping on the step surface is reduced.
- the size or surface proportions of the groove structure and tread surface which are optimized for slip resistance, enable quick drying of wetted areas of the paving stone, while the groove structures absorbing dirt also cause extensive self-cleaning of the stone and dirt can be drained off via an adjacent joint system.
- Fig. 1 is a total of 1 designated concrete element in the form of a step base installed in the area of fuel pumps illustrates that in the area of its top 2 (Fig. 2) areas with a non-slip surface is provided.
- a profile P shaped Fig. 3
- the inventive Training each intersecting in the manner of a grid pattern and treads 3 having forming grooves 4. This creates a step grid in which the maximum distance between two neighboring steps for example 4 mm.
- the sectional representation of the profile P in FIG. 4 clarifies that the shaped grooves 4 as to the usable surface (Level E) as having a uniform groove depth T. Liquid channels 5 are formed.
- the Tritthoppen 3 take in Profile P an area percentage of 16% to 20%, preferably 18% of the usable surface and capture the form grooves 4 80% to 84%, preferably 82%, of the usable surface in Area of profile P or level E.
- the top view of the profile P according to FIG. 3 illustrates that the intersecting grooves 4 respective treads 3 form with a diamond-shaped circumferential contour. With that point the shaped grooves 4 in the corner areas of the treads 3 diagonally opposed intersection pairs that a distance dimension A of 21.5 mm or a distance dimension B of 12 mm separates.
- Profile P with a profile pattern is also conceivable to provide the tread knobs with circular, has a triangular or polygonal circumferential contour (not ) Shown.
- the diamond-shaped circumferential contour shows acute-angled edge areas (angle N, Fig. 3), with which improves the anti-slip effect of the P profile is.
- the diamond-shaped treads 3 are diagonal Length D of 7 mm and a diagonal width E of 4.6 mm shaped and the adjacent grooves 4 define between respective side flanks 6.7 (Fig. 4) an opening angle W of 120 °.
- the side flanks 6,7 go on the bottom into a radius R over.
- the depth T of the shaped grooves 4 is dimensioned with 1.5 mm and the upper opening width M the Form grooves 4 result in a dimension of 6.3 mm.
- FIG. 5 and 7 are two further embodiments of the invention Profile P shown, with respective Cross-sectional representations (Fig. 6, Fig. 8) the training illustrated by acute-angled grooves 4 '.
- Execution are the shaped grooves 4 '(Fig. 8) with a Depth T 'is formed, which is greater than the depth T of the with a molding radius R provided with molding grooves 4.
- This Form grooves 4 ' form respective collecting troughs in the tread surface 5 '(shown in FIG. 7 with thick lines) with those a liquid drain to the side edges S. is reached.
- Fig. 9 is a concrete element designated 1 'in shape of an edging stone, the usable surface one with a transition radius G to a long side surface 10 has extending profile area P ', with the one also in this edge region of the stone 1 ' improved slip resistance is achieved.
- the one in the area the profile P and P ' provided grooves 4 or gutters 5 'intersect in the area of a transverse side surface 11 of the edging stone 1 'with a shape recess 13.
- This recess 13 extends over the Profile areas P, P 'to the long side surface 10 and in Installation position of several of the edging stones 1 'form the adjoining ones Form recesses 13 one with sealant (not shown) fillable joint, in the from the profile P, P 'collected and thus discharged liquid can be that a quick drying of the tread is reached.
- FIG. 10 this is shown as a regular hexagon stone 1 '' trained concrete element shown in a top view, whereby it becomes clear that the grid pattern with the one depth T '(Fig. 8) having collecting channels 5' each diamond-shaped Subareas R (represented by thick lines) forms.
- these subareas R there are two intersecting molding grooves 4 arranged so that four treads 3rd are formed in the subarea R.
- Starting from these diamond-shaped sections R is the entire hexagon stone 1 '' on its usable surface within the triangle segments D provided with evenly distributed subareas R, so that this element 1 '' with optimal slip resistance allows quick drainage and the tread knobs 3 undergo self-cleaning towards the grooves 4 and 5 '.
- a liquid-repellent Provide coating As a coating is included for example, a polysulfide primer mixture applied. This very thin application becomes in the area with friction load the top of the treads 3, at the same time, however, the coating is in the intersecting Form grooves 4 and 5 'protected from abrasion and thus improves fluid drainage so that it accelerates and penetration of liquids, in particular Mineral oil or the like prevented in the stone 1, 1 ' is.
- the coating of the useful surface 2 is especially for the hexagon stone 1 '' expedient, since this is in the installation position with further such stones 1 '' (not shown) forms a laying joint in its edge region G ', into the polysulfide strand for liquid-tight sealing is introduced as a grout.
- This jointing compound connects with the coating located in the edge region G ' of the usable area order, so that a total liquid-tight system is reached.
- the drainage in the area of concrete elements 1, 1 'of this type be improved that the surface of the stone 1, 1 'a has a spherical contour (not shown).
