Claims (7)

  1. Fenster- oder Türanordnung für eine Gebäudefassade mit einem Rahmenaufbau (1; 52, 63), in dem ein Schiebefenster (48) oder eine Tür neben einem festen Bauelement (3), z.B. einem Fenster oder einem Plattenteil, angebracht ist, wobei das Schiebefenster oder die Tür, die einen Flügel (4; 49-51) haben, mit dem Rahmenaufbau (1; 52, 63) über Verstellbeschläge verbunden sind, um durch translatorische Bewegung aus einer geschlossenen Stellung, in der das Schiebefenster oder die Tür in einer Ebene mit dem festen Bauelement (3) liegt, in eine Lage (41) in einer Verstellebene, die sich parallel zu dem festen Bauelement außerhalb der geschlossenen Stellung erstreckt, verstellbar zu sein, wobei das Schiebefenster oder die Tür durch seitliche Verstellung in der Verstellebene zwischen der Lage und einer geöffneten Stellung, die sich mit dem festen Bauelement (3) überschneidet, beweglich ist, wobei die Verstellbeschläge eine stationäre Führungsschiene (53), die fest in Bezug auf den Rahmenaufbau (1; 52) ist und die eine Länge entsprechend der gesamten Breite des Schiebefensters (48) oder der Tür und des festen Bauelements (3) hat, einen Laufwagen (54, 55), der zur Verstellung in Längsrichtung durch die Führungsschiene (53) gehalten wird, wobei ein unteres Flügelelement (49) des Schiebefensters oder der Tür schwenkbar mit dem Laufwagen über im Wesentlichen parallele Trägerarme (56, 57) verbunden ist, Haltemittel mit einem Haltearm (65) zum Halten des Schiebefensters oder der Tür in der Verstellebene während der seitlichen Verstellung und Freigabemittel (70) zum Freigeben des Haltearms (65) während des Haltens des Laufwagens (54, 55) in einer Endstellung in der Verstellebene während der seitlichen Verstellung des Flügels in eine Schließrichtung aus der geöffneten Stellung zu der Lage umfassen, wobei die Freigabemittel Anschlag-Mittel (70) umfassen, die fest in Bezug auf die Führungsschiene sind, und wobei die Freigabemittel auf den Haltearm wirken, (41), wobei die Verstellbeschläge weiterhin ein Verriegelungselement (77) aufweisen, das bei Freigabe des Haltearmes aktiviert wird, um in Verriegelungsmittel (73) verbunden mit der Führungsschiene (53) einzugreifen, um eine seitliche Verstellung des Flügels (4) während der translatorischen Bewegung zu verhindern oder zu begrenzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltearm (65) an einem Ende mit einem Stift (66) versehen ist, der in einer Längsführung (67) in dem Laufwagen gelagert ist, um schwenkbar und in Längsrichtung verstellbar zu sein, wobei die Führung an ihrem nahegelegenen Ende in Bezug auf die Schließrichtung einen kurzen winkligen Führungsabschnitt (68) zum Halten des Stifts (66) hat, der mit dem Haltearm (65) verbunden ist, wobei die Anschlag-Mittel (70) zur Anlage an den Stift (66) eine geneigte Anschlag-Fläche bereitstellen, die nach hinten in Bezug auf die Verschlussrichtung zeigt, wobei der Stift (66) an dem Haltearm (65) ebenfalls in eine Längsführung (76) eingreift, die in einem Arm (75), der schwenkbar mit dem Laufwagen verbunden ist und der einen Drehpunkt an seinem vorderen Ende in Bezug auf die Verschlussrichtung hat, vorgesehen ist, wobei der Arm (75) durch Freigabe des Haltearms aktiviert wird, um in eine verriegelte Stellung zu schwenken, in der die Längsführung (76) mit der Längsführung (67) in dem Laufwagen zusammenfällt.
  2. Fenster- oder Türanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein gegenüberliegendes Ende des Haltearms (65) schwenkbar mit dem vorderen Trägerarm (65) in Bezug auf die Verschlussrichtung verbunden ist.
  3. Fenster- oder Türanordnung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlag-Mittel durch einen Vorsprung (69) gebildet sind, der von der Führungsschiene vorsteht.
  4. Fenster- oder Türanordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement durch einen Verriegelungsvorsprung (77) gebildet ist, der von dem Arm (75) zum Eingriff mit einem Verriegelungsvorsprung (73) in der Führungsschiene (53) vorsteht, wenn der Arm die Verriegelungsstellung einnimmt.
  5. Fenster- oder Türanordnung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungsvorsprung (73) durch ein End-Anschlag-Element (71) für die Endstellung gebildet ist, das an der Führungsschiene (53) befestigt ist und gleichzeitig einen Anschlag für die Bewegung des Laufwagens in der Verschlussrichtung vorsieht.
  6. Fenster- oder Türanordung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Flügelelement (4) mit einem im Wesentlichen horizontalen Wandabschnitt (19) unter einer Scheibe oder einem Plattenbereich, die in dem Flügel befestigt sind, und einem Frontabschnitt (20b), der nach unten unter den horizontalen Wandabschnitt vorsteht, versehen ist und dass die Verstellbeschläge unter dem horizontalen Wandabschnitt (19) und hinter dem Frontabschnitt (20b) montiert sind.
  7. Fenster- oder Türanordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oberes Element (50) des Flügels (48) mit einem oberen Element (63) des Rahmenaufbaus durch weitere Verstellbeschläge (62, 62', 64) verbunden ist, die synchron mit den Verstellbeschlägen gesteuert werden, die mit dem unteren Flügelelement (49) verbunden sind.
