Description
Claims (9)
- Motorantrieb mit Einrichtungen zum Übertragen der Rotationsbewegung der Antriebswelle in eine hin- und hergehende Linearbewegung,vorzugsweise zum Antrieb einer hin- und hergehenden Transportschiene einer Durchlauf-Geschirrspülmaschine,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,a) daß an der Antriebswelle (20) ein aus zwei Halbschalen (22, 24) mit halbzylindrischem Querschnitt bestehendes Lager vorgesehen ist,b) daß wenigstens eine der Halbschalen (22) mit einer Schalteinrichtung (30, 29, 28) zusammenwirkt,c) daß die Schalteinrichtung bei Überschreiten einer bestimmten seitlichen Auslenkung der wenigstens einen Teilschale (22, 24) schaltet, insbesondere den Motorantrieb (10) abschaltet. - Motorantrieb nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch Druckeinrichtungen, vorzugsweise in Form von seitlich an die Teilschalen (22, 24) angrenzende seitliche Lagerplatten (30, 32), die vorzugsweise über Druckfedern (43, 44, 45) einen Pressdruck zum Zusammenpressen der beiden Halbschalen (22, 24) des Lagers gegen die Abstützung (46) zur Maschine ausüben.
- Motorantrieb nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch Schraubbolzen (44), zwischen denen und den Druckplatten (30, 32) die Druckfedern (43, 45; 43', 45') eingespannt sind,derart, daß durch Verdrehen der Mutter des Druckbolzens (44) die Federkraft der Druckfedern (43, 45, 43', 45') und damit die Auslösekraft zum Erzielen einer bestimmten seitlichen Ablenkung der Halbschalen und der damit in Eingriff stehenden gelagerten Antriebswelle (20) und Transportschiene (70) einstellbar ist.
- Motorantrieb nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Erreichen einer bestimmten seitlichen Auslenkung der Halbschalen (22, 24) des Lagers entweder nach links oder entgegengesetzt nach rechts die jeweilige mit ihr verbundene Druckplatte (30, 32) auf einen seitlich dahinter angeordneten Schaltknopf (29) der Schalteinrichtung (28) drückt, um den Schalter auszulösen.
- Motorantrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Abschalteinrichtung, bei der Schraubbolzen (44) verschiebbar durch die Druckplatten (30, 32), die Halbschalen (22, 24) und die Abstützung (46) an der Maschine geführt sind und über Federn (43) die Vorspannkraft für beide Bewegungsrichtungen der Transportschiene (70) gleich hoch eingestellt ist.
- Motorantrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Abschalteinrichtung, bei der die Schraubenbolzen (44) fest an der Abstützung (46) an die Maschine befestigt sind und die Vorspannkraft für die linke und die rechte Halbschale getrennt auf unterschiedliche Werte einstellbar ist.
- Motorantrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Ende der Antriebswelle (20) mit einer rotierenden Scheibe (60) verbunden ist,daß im Außenbereich der rotierenden Scheibe (60) ein Eingriffsbolzen (62) nach oben ragt,daß der Eingriffsbolzen (62) mit einer Quernut (72) an der Unterseite einer Transportschiene (70) im Eingriff steht,derart, daß die rotierende Antriebswelle (20) die Transportschiene (60) zyklisch hin- und herbewegt.
- Motorantrieb nach Ansprüch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportschiene (70) in einer Richtung greifende und in der anderen Richtung automatisch zurückgefaltete Eingriffsfinger oder -klinken (74) enthält, um einen Transportwagen (80) oder dergleichen in einer Richtung (Arbeitsschub) durch die Geschirrspülmaschine hindurch zu bewegen und in der Gegenrichtung (Leerhub) dort zu belassen.
- Motorantrieb nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportschiene (70) zum einseitigen Transport von Spülgut einer Durchlauf-Geschirrspülmaschine (100) dient,
wobei ein Klinkentransport und ein Antrieb über eine Kurbelschwinge vorgesehen sind,
und wobei Querkräfte zur Längsachse der Antriebswelle (20) am Ende des Arbeitshubes beim Transport der Spülgutbehälter in Richtung Geschirrspülmaschine und durch diese hindurch entstehen, und wobei entgegengesetzte Querkräfte beim entgegengesetzten Leerhub und mit unterschiedlicher Kraft entstehen.
