Abstract

Problem: Vor der Inbetriebnahme eines Schienenkontaktes muß die Feldgeometrie des von einer Sendespule erzeugten elektromagnetischen Wechselfeldes an kundenspezifische Gegebenheiten (Schienentyp, Art der Laufräder etc.) angepaßt werden. Auch nach Inbetriebnahme muß die Feldgeometrie gelegentlich geändert werden, etwa nach starker Abnutzung der Schienenoberfläche.
Bekannt: Ändern der Feldgeometrie durch mechanisches Umsetzen des die Sendespule enthaltende Sendekopfes. Der Schienenkontakt hat zu diesem Zweck Verzahnungen und Schraubenverbindungen. Hoher Montage- und Justierungsaufwand.
Idee der Erfindung: Feste Montage von zwei Sendespulen (SS1, SS2). Die Feldgeometrie (FG1, FG2) wird durch Aufteilen der Sendeenergie auf die beiden Sendespulen verändert. Durch gezieltes Verändern der Feldgeometrie kann ein Raddurchlauf simuliert und auf diese Weise der Schienenkontakt im Betrieb getestet werden.
Anpassung der Feldgeometrie auch dezentral von der Betriebszentrale aus möglich, daher keine Betriebsunterbrechungen durch Wartungspersonal auf dem Gleiskörper.
