Abstract

Dargestellt und beschrieben ist eine Vorrichtung (10) zum Stanzen von bandförmigem und bogenförmigem Material, insbesondere Karton, mit einem sogenannten Tiegelbereich (11), in dem ein Bandstahlschnitt (17) gegenüberliegend einer auf einer Trägerplatte (18) fest bzw. verstellbar angeordneten, eine Stanzgravur tragenden Gegenstanzplatte (19) vorhanden ist, wobei die Trägerplatte (18) eine zum Bandstahlschnitt und eine zum Tiegelbereich gerichtete Fläche aufweist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine neue Trägerplatte (18) zu schaffen, die eine prinzipiell größere Stanzzeit bei großer Genauigkeit aufweist.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ergibt sich dadurch, wonach die Trägerplatte (18) in eine Basisplatte (24) sowie mindestens eine an den o.g. Flächen angeordneten, druckstabilen und gegen mechanische Einwirkungen widerstandsfähigen Hartmetallplatte (25) aufgeteilt ist.
