Abstract

Die Erfindung vetrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Elastomerstatoren für Exzenterschneckenpumpen, und zwar solche Statoren, die aussen einen metallischen Mantel aufweisen, der eine dem vom Elastomer umschlossenen Hohlraum zumindest im wesentlichen entsprechende Gestalt hat. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren, bei dem der Elastomermantel durch Einspritzen eines Elastomers in eine Form abgeformt wird. Zur Vereinfachung des Herstellungsverfahrens wird erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, das Elastomer so in die Form einzubringen, dass es lediglich mit dem Mantel in Berührung kommt, nicht jedoch mit ihm eine festhaftende Verbindung eingeht.
