Claims (10)
- Crimpkontakt für Stecksysteme, welcher ein Kontaktstück (3), einen sich daran anschließenden Übergangsbereich (4), einen Drahtcrimp (5) und am leitungsseitigen Ende einen Isolationscrimp (6) aufweist, wobei der Isolationscrimp (6) eine ebene Grundseite (7) mit zwei sich daran anschließenden Schenkeln (8, 9) besitzt und in einem an eine Leitung (2) angeschlagenen Zustand ein im wesentlichen rechteckförmiges Profil aufweist.
- Crimpkontakt nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (8, 9) des Isolationscrimps (6) an ihren freien Enden (10, 11) Sollknickstellen aufweisen. - Crimpkontakt nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (8, 9) des Isolationscrimps (6) im Bereich der Sollknickstellen jeweils an ihrer Innenseite eine Prägung (12) aufweisen. - Crimpkontakt nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (8, 9) des Isolationscrimps (6) im Bereich der Sollknickstellen seitliche Schlitze (13) aufweisen. - Crimpkontakt nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (8, 9) des Isolationscrimps (6) im Bereich der Sollknickstellen jeweils einen mittigen Schlitz (14) aufweisen. - Crimpkontakt nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (8, 9) des Isolationscrimps (6) in einem Bereich (15) ab den Sollknickstellen verschmälert ausgebildet sind. - Crimpkontakt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (8, 9) des Isolationscrimps (6) jeweils mindestens eine Aussparung (16) aufweisen. - Crimpkontakt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Isolationscrimp (6) an seiner Grundseite (7) mindestens eine Aussparung (17) aufweist. - Crimpkontakt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (8, 9) des Isolationscrimps (6) in einem an eine Leitung (2) angeschlagenen Zustand unterschiedlich hoch sind. - Crimpkontakt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Schenkel (8, 9) des Isolationscrimps (6) in einem an eine Leitung (2) angeschlagenen Zustand an ihren freien Enden (10, 11) überlappen.
