Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Abschneiden von Drahtstücken vorgegebener Länge von einem Draht, der von einer Drahtvorschubeinrichtung zugeführt wird, und von dem in einer Schneideinrichtung von wenigstens zwei gegenüberliegenden, etwa in einer gemeinsamen Schneidebene angeordneten Schneidmessern während der Vorschubbewegung nacheinander Drahtstükke abgeschnitten werden, wobei die Schneidmesser von einem Messerantriebsmotor in rotierende gegenläufige Schneidbewegung gebracht werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zunächst die Zuführgeschwindigkeit des Drahtes zur Schneideinrichtung bestimmt und in Abhängigkeit von dieser der Messerantriebsmotor mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit betrieben wird, derart, daß die Schneidmesser vom Messerantriebsmotor kontinuierlich mit einer zur Zuführgeschwindikeit synchronen Umfangsgeschwindigkeit gedreht werden, und daß abhängig vom Umfang des Flugkreises der Schneidmesser und der vorgegebenen Länge des abzuschneidenden Drahtstückes der Draht pro Abschneidezyklus einmal in die Schneidmesserebene bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Fällen, in denen die vorgegebene Länge des abzuschneidenden Drahtstückes kein ganzzahliges Vielfaches des Umfanges des Flugkreises der Schneidmesser ist, die Schneidmesser innerhalb des Abschneidezyklusses, aber außerhalb eines Zeitbereiches vor und nach dem Schnitt eine Voraus- oder Nacheilung ausführen. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
mit einer Schneideinrichtung mit wenigstens zwei gegenüberliegenden, etwa in einer gemeinsamen Schneidebene angeordneten drehbaren Schneidmessern, die mit einem Messerantriebsmotor verbunden sind,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Einrichtung (11) zur Ermittlung der Zuführgeschwindigkeit des Drahtes (10), welche mit dem Messerantriebsmotor (9) verbunden ist, der die Schneidmesser (2,2a) kontinuierlich mit zur Zuführgeschwindigkeit synchroner Umfangsgeschwindigkeit antreibt, und durch eine Einrichtung (12) zum Herausbewegen des Drahtes (10) aus der Schneidmesserebene. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen dem Messerantriebsmotor (9) und den Schneidmessern (2,2a) ein erstes Getriebe (6,7,8) und ein zwei-tes Überlagerungsgetriebe (13) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Überlagerungsgetriebe als Planetengetriebe (13) ausgebildet ist, welches mit einem eigenen Motorantrieb (14) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen dem Messerantriebsmotor (9) und den Schneidmessern (2,2a) wenigstens eine Schwungmasse (6) angeordnet ist, die vorzugsweise als Riemenscheibe ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einrichtung zum Herausbewegen des Drahtes (10) aus der Schneidmesserebene von einem quer zur Drahtzuführrichtung verfahrbaren Rollenpaar (12) gebildet ist.
