- the device according to the present invention aims to remedy this state of affairs. In fact, it makes it possible to produce containers for tasting mussels in sauce and allowing access to the latter at any time. We can also consider its use for the consumption of a large number of other dishes in sauce. It consists of a relatively deep hollow container, comprising in the lower part of its periphery one or more shallow side compartments, separated from the container by a vertical element comprising one or more perforations and determined to retain the molds or the solid dishes in the main compartment while letting the sauce pass through the side compartment (s).
