Abstract
Der Schaltmagnet (1) ist in einem Gehäuse (2) angeordnet, das als Kunststoff-Spritzteil hergestellt ist. Innen im Gehäuse sind ein in einem Ankerraum (21) schwimmender Anker (8) und eine Messinghülse (3) angeordnet, die über ein Polstück (5) gestülpt ist. Das Polstück (5) trägt einen O-Ring (25), der innen an der Messinghülse (3) anliegt und den Anketraum (21) nach außen und zur Spule (18) hin abdichtet. Ein zweiter O-Ring (20) dichtet einen Durchgang eines Stößels (10) Pumpendeckel (12) der Hochdruckpumpe ab.
Der Schaltmagnet (1) ist zur Verwendung bei einer Hochdruckpumpe einer Common Rail-Einspritzanlage einer Brennkraftmaschine bestimmt.
