Claims (12)
- Gerät zur Stimulation von Muskeln des Bewegungsapparats insbesondere im Bein- und Rückenbereich, mit einer an einem Gestell (10) angeordneten Wippe (20), die über einen Antriebsmechanismus (24, 26, 28) um eine horizontale Schwenkachse oszillierend verschwenkbar ist und deren über die Schwenkachse überstehende Ausleger (20', 20") mit je einer Trittfläche (22) versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippe (20) mit ihrer Schwenkachse (18) an gestellfesten Lagerböcken (16) gelagert ist, und daß jedem Wippenausleger (20', 20") ein durch einen gemeinsamen Elektromotor (26) oszillierend antreibbarer Hubmechanismus (24) zugeordnet ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Steuergerät (42) zur Ansteuerung des Antriebsmechanismus (24, 26, 28) mit wahlweise einstellbarer Hubfrequenz.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubfrequenz auf einen Wert zwischen 1 und 60 Hz, vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 30 Hz einstellbar ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trittflächen (22) einen Hub (a) von 5 bis 50 mm, vorzugsweise von 10 bis 30 mm aufweisen.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromotor drehzahlgeregelt ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Anprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubmechanismen (24) je eine in einem gestellfesten Lager (31) gelagerte, durch den gemeinsamen Elektromotor (26) antreibbare Antriebswelle (32) und ein mit dem einen Ende (34) exzentrisch an der Antriebswelle (32) gelagertes und mit dem anderen Ende (36) am betreffenden Wippenausleger (20', 20") angelenktes Pleuel (38) aufweist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß jedes Pleuel (38) zwei parallel ausgerichtete Pleuelstangen aufweist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebswellen (32) durch je einen mit einer Abtriebswelle des Elektromotors (26) gekuppelten Zahnriementrieb (28) vorzugsweise gegensinnig antreibbar sind.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Pleuel (38) tragenden Antriebswellen (32) durch je eine Ausgleichsmasse (40) ausgewuchtet sind.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgleichsmasse als auf der jeweiligen Antriebswelle (32) angeordnete, massenbehaftete Exzenterscheibe (40) ausgebildet ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (10) eine Bodenplatte (12) aufweist, daß die Trittflächen (22) im Abstand über der Bodenplatte (12) angeordnet sind, daß der Antriebsmechanismus (24, 26, 28) im Bereich zwischen der Bodenplatte (12) und den Trittflächen (22) angeordnet ist und daß an der Bodenplatte (12) ein nach oben überstehender Halterahmen (14) angeordnet ist.
- Verwendung des Geräts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 in einer fußbetätigten Krafttrainingsmaschine, wobei die Trittfläche an einer Fußplattform oder einem Fußpedal der betreffenden Krafttrainingsmaschine angeordnet ist.
