Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (1), die vorzugsweise dauerhaft an einem Element (2), wie zum Beispiel einem Balken- oder Mauerelement eines Aufbaus (11) befestigt werden kann, zum Zwecke des Anhängens einer Struktur (3) eines Gerüsts, wobei diese Gerüststruktur (3) an mindestens einem Punkt (P) auf dem Aufbau (11) aufliegen muss, um zu verhindern, dass die auf die Gerüststruktur (3) wirkenden Kräfte, insbesondere bei Belastung mit Bedachungsmaterial und/oder sonstigen Bedachungsgegenständen, zu Schwankungen führen, wobei diese Gerüststruktur (3) mindestens eine Anhängeklinke (4) für das Zusammenspiel mit der Vorrichtung (1) besitzt, wobei diese Vorrichtung (1) aus einem Körper (7) gebildet wird, der an dem Element (2) des Aufbaus befestigt werden kann, wobei dieser Körper mit einem Haken (8) ausgestattet ist, der mindestens die Form einer zu dem Element (2) des Aufbaus hin offenen Schlinge aufweist, wobei dieser Haken (8) mindestens zwei übereinander liegende Öffnungen (9, 10) besitzt, die einen quasi-vertikalen Führungsweg bilden, zum Zwecke der Einführung der Anhängeklinke (4) der Gerüststruktur (3) von oben entlang der Achse in die genannten Öffnungen (9, 10), wobei die obere Öffnung (9) durch einen geschlossenen Abschnitt begrenzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Öffnung (10) durch einen zum Aufbau (11) hin geöffneten Abschnitt begrenzt ist, wobei die beiden Öffnungen (9, 10) so zusammenwirken, dass ein Ausschwenken der Anhängeklinke (4) der Gerüststruktur (3) in die Richtung (F) einer abkippenden Gerüststruktur (3) durch Anheben der Anhängeklinke in Richtung auf das Element (2) des Aufbaus verhindert wird, und in der entgegengesetzten Richtung (F') eine für das Festhalten und Aufliegen der Gerüststruktur (3) auf dem Aufbau (11) notwendige Bewegungsfreiheit der Anhängeklinke (4) ermöglicht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Öffnungen (9, 10) des Hakens (8) der Vorrichtung geeignet ist, nach Einführung einer Anhängeklinke (4) einer Gerüststruktur in die genannte Öffnung, die Drehung dieser Anhängeklinke (4) um ihre eigene Längsachse zu verhindern. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Öffnungen (9, 10) des Hakens (8) der Vorrichtung (1) länger ist als der Querschnitt der Anhängeklinke (4), welche für das Zusammenspiel mit der Vorrichtung bestimmt ist, um nach Einführung der Anhängeklinke (4) in die genannte Öffnung (9, 10) eine Verschiebung der Anhängeklinke (4) in das Innere der genannten Öffnung zu ermöglichen, und zwar in orthogonaler Richtung zu der Einführungsachse für die Einführung der Anhängeklinke in die genannte Öffnung und in Richtung einer Entfernung der Anhängeklinke (4) von dem Element (2) des Aufbaus. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (9) des Hakens (8), welche größer ist als der Querschnitt der Anhängeklinke (4) der Gerüststruktur (3), mindestens ein verbreitertes Stück (9A) für den Durchgang einer Ausbauchung (5) der Anhängeklinke (4) enthält, wobei dieses verbreiterte Stück (9A) in der genannten Öffnung (9) an einer Stelle ausgespart ist, welche, nach Einführung und Längsverstellung der Anhängeklinke (4) innerhalb der Öffnung (9), eine axiale Verschiebung zwischen der Ausbauchung (5) der Anhängeklinke (4) und dem verbreiterten Stück (9A) der genannten Öffnung (9) ermöglicht, um so zu verhindern, dass die Anhängeklinke (4) ungewollt aus der genannten Öffnung (9) austritt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (9) des Hakens (8), die größer ist als der Querschnitt der Anhängeklinke (4) der Gerüststruktur (3), quasi die Form eines doppelten Schlüsselloches aufweist. - Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (8) quasi die Form eines C aufweist, dessen offene Seite dem Element (2) des Aufbaus zugewandt ist, wobei der obere Arm (8A) des C in der Verlängerung des Körpers (7) der Vorrichtung (1) angeordnet ist, und der untere Arm (8B) des C ein frei schwebendes Ende aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (9, 10) des Hakens (8) entsprechend jeweils am unteren Arm (8B) und am oberen Arm (8A) des Hakens (8) gebildet sind, wobei die Öffnung (10) des unteren Arms (8B) zu dem Element (2) des Aufbaus hin offen ist. - Gerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, das eine Struktur (3) mit mindestens einer Anhängeklinke (4) besitzt, wobei die Struktur (3) an die genannte Vorrichtung (1) angehängt werden kann.
- Gerüst nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anhängeklinke (4) der Gerüststruktur (3) mindestens eine Bohrung (6) für den Durchgang eines Teils, zum Beispiel eines Stifts, für die Verriegelung der Anhängeklinke (4) in den genannten Öffnungen (9, 10) des Hakens (8) der Vorrichtung (1) aufweist. - Gerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anhängeklinke (4) der Gerüststruktur (3) mindestens eine Ausbauchung (5) besitzt und dass mindestens eine der Öffnungen der Vorrichtung (1) mindestens ein verbreitertes Stück (9A) für den Durchgang einer Ausbauchung (5) besitzt, wobei dieses verbreiterte Stück (9A) in der genannten Öffnung (9) an einer Stelle ausgespart ist, welche, nach Einführung und Längsverstellung der Anhängeklinke (4) innerhalb der Öffnung, eine axiale Verschiebung zwischen der Ausbauchung (5) der Anhängeklinke (4) und dem verbreiterten Stück (9A) der genannten Öffnung (9) ermöglicht, um so zu verhindern, dass die Anhängeklinke (4) ungewollt aus der genannten Öffnung (9) austritt.
