Claims (2)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wärmeübertragers für brennstoffbeheizte Wassererhitzer, mit wasserführenden Rohren und von diesen durchsetzten Lamellen, die zwischen sich Spalte zum Durchtritt der Verbrennungsgase bilden und durch Aufweiten der Rohre spaltlos an deren Umfang anliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Rohre (10) aufweitende Arbeitsdruck bzw. der Preßdruck zwischen Rohr (10) und Lamelle (12) so groß gewählt und die Lamellen (12) so gestaltet bzw. bemessen sind, daß auch bei Verbrennungsgastemperaturen im Bereich von etwa 1300°C die Lamellenfußbereiche (16) unter die Rekristallisationstemperatur des Lamellenwerkstoffs gekühlt werden, so daß ein Festsitz der Lamellen (12) auf den Rohren ohne Lötung gewährleistet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Rohr (10) durch ein hindurchgeschobenes, vorzugsweise rotierend angetriebenes Werkzeug (Kalotte 20) aufgeweitet wird, dessen Übermaß gegenüber dem nicht aufgeweiteten Innendurchmesser des Rohres (10) in Abstimmung mit dem Werkstoff und der Wandstärke des Rohres (10) so bemessen ist, daß sich zu beiden Seiten der Lamellenfüße (16) bzw. Lamellenkragen (17) Wülste (28) am Außenumfang des Rohres (10) bilden.
