Abstract

La présente invention concerne un article pour fumeur, permettant à un consommateur de préparer lui même un cigarillo, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un ensemble (100) de feuilles (110) de tabac reconstitué enchevêtrées pour permettre une distribution automatique par traction successive sur les différentes feuilles (110), et un conteneur-distributeur (200) apte à recevoir ledit ensemble (100) de feuilles (110) enchevêtrées de tabac reconstitué et à contrôler la distribution de celles-ci. <IMAGE>

Description

La présente invention concerne le domaine des articles pour fumeurs.
Toutes tendances confondues (cigarettes, cigarillos, cigares, pipe), les articles pour fumeurs n'ont pas connu d'innovations marquantes ces dernières années. Cela peut expliquer en partie un certain désintérêt des consommateurs.
La présente invention a maintenant pour but de proposer un nouvel article pour fumeur.
La présente invention a notamment pour but de proposer un article qui permette à un consommateur de préparer lui même un cigarillo et ainsi de redécouvrir un plaisir nouveau.
Ce but est atteint dans le cadre de la présente invention grâce à un article pour fumeur comprenant un ensemble de feuilles de tabac reconstitué enchevêtrées pour permettre une distribution automatique par traction successive sur les différentes feuilles, et un conteneur-distributeur apte à recevoir ledit ensemble de feuilles enchevêtrées de tabac reconstitué et à contrôler la distribution de celles-ci.
D'autres caractéristiques, buts et avantages de la présente invention apparaítront à la lecture de la description détaillée qui va suivre et en regard du dessin annexé qui représente une vue en perspective, partiellement en coupe d'un article conforme à la présente invention.
Comme on l'a indiqué précédemment, le dispositif conforme à la présente invention comprend un ensemble 100 de feuille 110 enchevêtrées de tabac reconstitué et un conteneur distributeur 200.
Dans le cadre de la présente invention, les feuilles de tabac reconstitué 110 sont de préférence très fines, avantageusement d'un grammage inférieur à 60g/m2, et très avantageusement inférieur à 45g/m2.
Le format des feuilles 110 est adapté au format des cigarillos recherchés. Il s'agit de préférence de feuilles rectangulaires d'une largeur comprise entre 35 et 80 mm et de longueur comprise entre 70 et 140 mm. Cependant ces dimensions ne doivent pas être considérées comme limitatives.
Les feuilles 110 peuvent être ou non enduites d'un filet de colle alimentaire le long d'une bordure longitudinale, pour permettre à l'utilisateur de mieux coller, à l'aide de sa salive, l'enveloppe de son cigarillo ou le cylindre formé par la feuille roulée sur elle même.
Dans le cas de feuilles enduites d'un filet de colle alimentaire, la colle utilisée peut être soit une colle à froid déposée à température ambiante et séchée par convection, soit une colle à chaud, par exemple une gomme arabique naturelle ou une colle synthétique, déposée à chaud avec séchage par radiation (type infra-rouge) localisé au droit du filet de colle, ou dans un four convectif. Dans le cas d'un séchage par convection, l'opération d'enduction est de préférence suivie d'une période de conditionnement pendant un temps minimum typiquement de l'ordre de 2 jours dans une salle conditionnée à au moins 65 % d'humidité relative, afin que la feuille reprenne un taux d'humidité suffisant et pallier ainsi l'inconvénient du séchage de la totalité de la feuille au cours de la période de séchage par convection qui risquerait de diminuer les caractéristiques mécaniques de la feuille.
Le conteneur distributeur 200 peut faire l'objet de nombreux modes de réalisation.
De préférence chaque conteneur-distributeur 200 comporte un boitier 210 dont la paroi supérieure 212 est munie d'une fenêtre rectiligne 214 adaptée pour permettre un libre passage d'une feuille 110. De préférence la fente 214 est adaptée à la longueur des feuilles 110. Cependant en variante, la fenêtre 214 peut être adaptée à la largeur des feuilles 110.
Comme on le voit sur la figure annexée, le conteneur-distributeur 200 précité peut être complété par un volet de couvercle pivotant 220 apte à recouvrir la portion de feuille 110 qui émerge du boitier 210, en dehors des périodes d'utilisation, pour protéger cette portion de feuille.
Les feuilles de tabac 110 peuvent être conditionnées de diverses façons dans le conteneur-distributeur 200. De préférence, comme on le voit sur la figure annexée, les feuilles 110 sont enchevêtrées en zig-zag. Plus précisément les feuilles 110 pliées en U sous forme de deux volets 112, 114, sont montées tête bêche, chaque feuille 110 recevant entre ses deux volets 112, 114, le volet inférieur 112 de la feuille superposée 110 et le volet supérieur 1 14 de la feuille 1 10 sous jacente.
La feuille supérieure 110 émerge du conteneur disperseur 200, via la fenêtre 214. Ainsi lorsqu'une traction est exercée sur cette feuille, d'une part celle-ci est retirée du conteneur disperseur 200, d'autre part cette feuille exerce elle même une traction sur la feuille sous jacente, propre à engager le volet supérieur 114 de celle-ci, à son tour dans le fenêtre 214 pour rendre cette nouvelle feuille 110 accessible.
Dans le cadre de la présente invention, chaque conteneur-distributeur 200 comprend typiquement de 20 à 50 feuilles 110.
L'homme de l'art comprendra aisément que le dispositif conforme à la présente invention permet à tout consommateur de rouler lui-même des cigarillos. Les feuilles 110 de tabac reconstitué obtenues à partir du conteneur distributeur 200 peuvent servir d'enveloppe à un cigarillo dont la charge est constituée de tabac coupé classique, par exemple pour cigarettes. En variante une feuille 110 peut être roulée sur elle même voire sur d'autres feuilles 110 similaires retirées du conteneur-distributeur 200.
Bien entendu la présente invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation particulier précédemment décrit, mais s'étend à toutes variantes conformes à son esprit.

Claims (10)

  1. Article pour fumeur, permettant à un consommateur de préparer lui même un cigarillo, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un ensemble (100) de feuilles (110) de tabac reconstitué enchevêtrées pour permettre une distribution automatique par traction successive sur les différentes feuilles (110), et un conteneur-distributeur (200) apte à recevoir ledit ensemble (100) de feuilles (110) enchevêtrées de tabac reconstitué et à contrôler la distribution de celles-ci.
  2. Article selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les feuilles de tabac reconstitué (110) ont un grammage inférieur à 60g/m2.
  3. Article selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les feuilles de tabac reconstitué (110) ont un grammage inférieur à 45g/m2 .
  4. Article selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les feuilles de tabac reconstitué (110) ont une largeur comprise entre 35 et 80 mm et une longueur comprise entre 70 et 140 mm.
  5. Article selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les feuilles de tabac reconstitué (110) sont enduites d'un filet de colle alimentaire le long d'une bordure longitudinale.
  6. Article selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que la colle est une colle à froid déposée à température ambiante et séchée par convection, ou une colle à chaud, par exemple une gomme arabique naturelle ou une colle synthétique, déposée à chaud avec séchage par radiation localisé au droit du filet de colle, ou dans un four convectif.
  7. Article selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que le conteneur-distributeur (200) comporte un boitier (210) dont la paroi supérieure (212) est munie d'une fenêtre rectiligne (214) adaptée pour permettre un libre passage d'une feuille (110).
  8. Article selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le conteneur-distributeur (200) comprend un volet de couvercle pivotant (220).
  9. Article selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que les feuilles de tabac (110) sont conditionnées enchevêtrées en zig-zag .
  10. Article selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que les feuilles (110) sont pliées en U sous forme de deux volets (112, 114) et montées tête bêche, chaque feuille (110) recevant entre ses deux volets (112, 114) le volet inférieur (112) de la feuille superposée (110) et le volet supérieur (114) de la feuille (110) sous jacente.
