Claims (14)
- Biofilter zum Einbau in Abflusssysteme, mit einem Auffangtrichter und anschliessenden Filtergehäuse (13) für aufsteigende Abluft sowie einer Ablauföffnung (11) für Oberflächenwasser,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auffangtrichter einen Montagering (1) mit einem Innenflansch (4) aufweist, dass der Biofilter ein mit der Ablauföffnung (11) versehener und mit dem Filtergehäuse (13) verbundener Filteroberteil (7) aufweist, dass das Filteroberteil (7) mit der Ablauföffnung (11) und mit dem Filtergehäuse (13) entfernbar in den Montagering (1) einsetzbar ist, wobei sich die Ablauföffnung (11) neben einer Abzugsöffnung (12), an die das Filtergehäuse (13) anschliesst, befindet. - Biofilter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Innenflansch (4) eine Innendichtung (8), bevorzugt einseitig klebend, aufliegt.
- Biofilter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Innendichtung (8) das Filteroberteil (7) aufliegt.
- Biofilter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Filteroberteil (7) ein Deckel (9) angeordnet ist, welcher einen Ablauf (10) aufweist, der mit der Ablauföffnung (11) im Filteroberteil (7) übereinstimmt.
- Biofilter nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in das Filtergehäuse (13) Ringnuten (20, 21) eingeformt sind, auf denen Zwischenplatten (16, 17) für das Biofiltermaterial aufliegen.
- Biofilter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Zwischenplatten (16, 17) zwischen der Ringnut (20, 21) und Rastnocken (22) befindet.
- Biofilter nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Montagering (1) ein Dichtring (35) aufgeschoben ist.
- Biofilter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtring (35) D-förmig ausgebildet ist und mit seinem Rücken (36) dem Montagering (1) anliegt.
- Biofilter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rücken (36) des Dichtringes (35) starrer ausgeformt ist, als der übrige Teil (37).
- Biofilter nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtring (35) aus Gummi hergestellt ist.
- Biofilter nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Dichtring (35) Löcher (38) eingeformt sind.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Biofilters nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Filtergehäuse (13), Filteroberteil (7), Montagering (1) und gegebenfalls Deckel (9) aus Kunststoff in einer Form gegossen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Boden (23) des Filtergehäuses (13) in Wellen (25) gegossen und diese Wellen (25) zur Herstellung von Schlitzen (24) durchgeschnitten werden und das abgeschnittene Gitter als Zwischenplatte verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (9) zusammen mit dem Montagering (1) hergestellt und von diesem abgeschnitten wird.
