Description

Claims (7)
- Laufwagen für einen Garagentorantrieb, der einen von einem Zugmittel (1) längs einer Schiene (5) bewegten Körper (2) und eine am Körper (2) durch eine Halterung (3) gehaltene, mit einem Betätigungshebel (6) manuell betätigbare, gefederte Rastvorrichtung (4) aufweist, die im Normalzustand in eine Raststellung (11) eines mit dem Zugmittel beidseitig verbundenen Mitnehmers (10) formschlüssig eingreift,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (2) des Laufwagens einstückig als Gleitschlitten so gestaltet ist, daß er längs einer nach oben offenen, als C-Profil geformten Führungsschiene (5) bewegt werden kann,daß der Betätigungshebel (6) und die Rastvorrichtung (4) so ausgebildet sind, daß bei entkoppelnder Betätigung des Betätigungshebels (6) die gefederte Rastvorrichtung (4) ohne erneute manuelle Betätigung des Betätigungshebels (6) in der entkoppelten Stellung bleibt, unddaß der Betätigungshebel (6) zur Betätigung von unten und/oder von der Seite zugänglich ist. - Laufwagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (3) die gefederte Rastvorrichtung (4) in der Nähe der Oberseite des Körpers (2) etwa in der Mitte desselben und quer zum Zugmittel verschieblich derart haltert, daß der Betätigungshebel (6) in seiner verriegelnden Stellung die bolzen- oder streifenförmige Rastvorrichtung (4) federnd in eine erste Raststellung (11) des Mitnehmers (10) einrasten läßt und in entkoppelnder Stellung gegen die Federkraft aus der ersten Raststellung ausrückt.
- Laufwagen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer (10) eine zweite Raststellung (12) in einem definierten Abstand (a) von der ersten Raststellung (11) hat, so daß der verriegelnde Eingriff der Rastvorrichtung (4) in die zweite Raststellung das Tor auch im entspannten Zustand der Tormechanik verriegelt.
- Laufwagen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer (10) an der zweiten Raststellung (12) schräg nach außen in Richtung zur ersten Raststellung (11) ansteigende Rampenflächen (13, 14) hat, die durch eine von einem Antriebsmotor auf das Zugmittel (1) ausgeübte Zugkraft die Rastvorrichtung (4) entgegen der Federkraft in Richtung ihrer entriegelten Stellung drückt, so daß die Rastvorrichtung (4) dann in die erste Raststellung (11) einrasten kann.
- Laufwagen nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der definierte Abstand (a) 30 bis 40 mm beträgt.
- Laufwagen nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugmittel (1) eine Kette ist.
- Laufwagen nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (2) des Laufwagens an seiner Oberseite parallele Längstunnel mit Kettenführungen zur Führung des als Kette ausgebildeten Zugmittels (1) aufweist.
