Description

  • La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de facilité le pliage uniforme des chemises et des tee-shirts lors du repassage domestique.
  • De nos jours, lorsque les chemises ou tee-shirts sont pliés lors du repassage domestique, il n'existe sur le marché aucun outil pour facilité la mise en forme du pliage et celui-ci s'effectue d'une façon aléatoire et personnelle.
  • Le brevet US 2988 251 concerne un dispositif de pliage de chemises constitué de deux plaques articulées ensemble, dont l'une présente une cavité et une rainure ayant pour objet d'éviter l'écrasement du col et l'alignement des boutons avec le col de la chemise lors du pliage. Le brevet EP 46 2074 concerne un dispositif pour le pliage de chemises, permettant de les transporter sans endommagement dans les valises, se composant d'une plaque et d'un cadre articulé sur celle-ci, muni de petits crans, empêchant de déplacement de la chemise, la fermeture du cadre articulé sur la plaque enserrant ainsi le vêtement préalablement posé sur celle-ci, peut par un effet de cisaillement, abîmer les chemises en les coupant. Ces deux inventions ne répondent pas aux attentes des consommateurs à savoir simplicité d'utilisation, rapidité et efficacité.
  • L'invention permet de remédier à ce manque d'accessoire simple et efficace, en effet le dispositif selon l'invention, accroît la rapidité de la mise en forme, et permet une homogénéisation de la forme des chemises pliés pour un prix modique.
  • L'invention a pour objet un dispositif pour plier les chemises et les tee-shirts lors des repassages domestiques. L'invention selon la revendication 1 consiste en une partie principale, de type gabarit plein, de forme quasi rectangulaire, d'une épaisseur de quelques millimètres, permettant de plier une chemise en superposant le gabarit sur le vêtement repassé, posé à plat par exemple sur une table de repassage, les pans étant rabattus un à un sur le dispositif, le dispositif est ensuite retiré en le faisant coulisser par la partie supérieure du vêtement plié. Le dispositif est pourvu d'un état de surface ou pourvu en surface d'un revêtement de faible friction, par exemple à base de silicone tel qu'il n'adhère pas aux matières textiles, et pourvu sur son petit côté supérieur d'une saillie fixe 2 inclinée formant une poignée. Les revendications dépendentes concernent des caractéristiques additionelles du dispositif selon la revendication 1. L'angle α de la saillie comprise entre 5 et 60 degrés par rapport à l'axe plan du gabarit 1 permet de dégager l'espace à l'arrière du col de la chemise 5 et faciliter sa préhension.
  • La partie supérieure du gabarit présente une forme permettant d'épouser la pente des épaules d'une chemise posée à plat le côté a-3 et le côté b-3 étant légèrement incliné par rapport à l'horizontale ab de façon inverse, de plus la partie principale présente une très légère conicité vers le bas, en effet la largeur de sa partie inférieure est de quelques millimètres plus petite que la largeur de sa partie supérieure ainsi cela facilite le dégagement du gabarit une fois le vêtement plié, de plus toutes les arêtes sont de formes arrondies, évitant ainsi tout risques d'accrochage sur les tissus et facilitant, là aussi, l'extraction du gabarit du vêtement. Le dispositif peut être réalisé avec différents matériaux denses, choisi parmi des matériaux tels que bois, panneaux de particules, métal, plastique dense, verre ou plastique transparent.
  • La surface non adhérente est obtenue soit par un polissage dans le cas de matériaux tels que le bois, ou par un revêtement à faible coefficient de friction.
  • La saillie 2, moyen de préhension, incorporée sur la partie centrale, ou sur tout ou partie, du côté supérieur du gabarit épousant les épaules a-3-b, peut comporter un orifice permettant d'accrocher de dispositif, de plus elle peut présenter un décrochement se prolongeant sensiblement horizontalement.
  • La surface pleine du gabarit servant de support publicitaire ou autre.

  • Sur la partie principale 1 ou gabarit de forme quasi rectangulaire de faible épaisseur se raccorde une Saillie 2 fixe servant de poignée par la zone de jointure 3.
  • La saillie 2 fait un angle α par rapport à l'axe plan du gabarit 1.
  • La figure 1b représente un mode particulier de réalisation vue de face.
    • la partie principale est formée par les côtés aa' bb' a'b' ainsi que par les côtés formés entre a et la Zone de jointure 3 et b avec la Zone de jointure 3.
    • le triangle formé entre a-3-b, est de très faible hauteur puisque les angles β entre le côté a-3 et l'horizontale ab et le côté b-3 et l'horizontale ab ne sont que de quelques degrés, permettant d'épouser la partie col-épaules d'une chemise posée à plat sur une table.
    • la largeur de l'axe a b est supérieure à la largeur de l'axe a' b' de un à quatre millimètres ainsi une légère conicité est créée, facilitant l'extraction du dispositif une fois le vêtement plié.
    • les coins a b a' b' sont arrondis, ainsi que toutes les arêtes du dispositif.
  • La figure 2a représente le coté de faible épaisseur ou profil.
  • La figure 2b représente, le positionnement du dispositif sur une chemise 4, le col de la chemise 5 étant sous la saillie 2 du dispositif, vue de profil.
  • La figure 2c représente, vue de profil, la saillie 2 constituée par un décrochement vers le haut 2a continuant par un prolongement 2b sensiblement horizontalement formant poignée.
  • La figure 3a représente le positionnement du dispositif sur l'élément à plier, vue de face le gabarit 1 est posé sur la partie centrale supérieure de la chemise 4 la saillie 2 au-dessus du col 5 de la chemise.
  • La figure 3b représente le dispositif une fois la chemise ou tee-shirt plié sur celui-ci.
  • L'utilisation du dispositif selon l'invention se présente comme suit :
    • la chemise 4 ou tee-shirts repassé étant posé à plat, face ventrale, sur la table de repassage l'on place le dispositif comme le montre la figure 3a sur la partie supérieure du dos du vêtement, la saillie 2 étant au-dessus du col de la chemise 5.
    • les pans sont rabattus un à un sur le dispositif, seule la saillie et la partie supérieure du gabarit restant visible comme le montre la figure 3b.
    • le dispositif est retiré en le saisissant par la saillie 2 et en le faisant coulisser par la partie supérieure du vêtement ainsi plié.
  • Plusieurs gabarits peuvent exister en fonction des tailles des vêtements.

Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif pour plier les chemises et les tee-shirts lors des repassages domestiques avec une partie principale (1) de type gabarit plein, de forme quasi rectangulaire, de faible épaisseur, permettant de plier une chemise en superposant le gabarit (1) sur le vêtement repassé, posé à plat par exemple sur une table de repassage, les pans étant rabattus un à un sur le dispositif, et ensuite le dispositif étant retiré en le faisant coulisser par la partie supérieure du vêtement plié, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un état de surface ou pourvu en surface d'un revêtement tel qu'il n'adhère pas aux matières textiles, pourvu sur son petit côté supérieur d'une saillie (2) fixe formant poignée inclinée permettant de faciliter sa préhension et de dégager l'espace à l'arrière du col de la chemise.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur est de quelques millimètres.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la saillie (2) présente un angle α, compris entre 5 et 60 degrés par rapport à l'axe plan du gabarit (1) permettant de faciliter sa préhension.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure du gabarit (1) présente une forme légèrement triangulaire permettant d'épouser la pente des épaules d'une chemise, un premier côté et un deuxième côté étant légèrement inclinés par rapport à l'horizontale de façon inverse.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la partie principale (1) présente une très légère conicité, la largueur de sa partie inférieur étant plus petite de quelques millimètres que la largeur de sa partie supérieur pour faciliter le dégagement du gabarit (1) une fois le vêtement plié.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que toutes les arêtes sont de formes arrondies.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu d'un revêtement de faible friction, à base de silicone.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé en matériaux dense, choisi parmi des matériaux tels que bois, panneaux de particules, métal, plastique dense, verre ou plastique transparent.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la poignée présente un décrochement se prolongeant sensiblement horizontalement.
  10. Application du dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la partie pleine du gabarit (1) peut servir à la réalisation de support publicitaire.
