  • Spring 22 abuts against the inside wall of a sleeve 26 which is screwed to threaded end 20 and guided within a diametrical hole 28 provided at the same end, as it can be seen in Figs. 2 and 4.
  • Such sleeve 26 has the shape of a truncated cone with its larger base pointing towards the free end of the handle so as to provide a steady support to the rear portion of the blade-holder from which male coupling member 16 projects.
  • the slender handle preferably of metal, is provided with a central part having two flat longitudinal surfaces 32, 34 which are parallel to the cutting plane. This allows the operator to check the inclination of the cutting plane by touch.
