Abstract

Bei einem binären elektrisch ansteuerbaren fluidischen Leistungsverstärker wird mittels eines elektrisch ansteuerbaren Ventils (10) ein Steuerdruck an einen Druck/Kraft-Wandler (16) durchgeschaltet. Die von dem Druck/Kraft-Wandler (16) abgegebene Kraft ist als Schaltkraft an einem fluidischen Relais (20) wirksam.
