Claims (6)
- Procédé pour encrer un rouleau tramé (4) d'une machine à imprimer rotative, en utilisant un encrier (1) sans pression, avec une racle de travail (8) inclinée sous un angle de calage négatif, plaquée directement sans espacement sur le rouleau tramé (4), et une racle de fermeture (9), inclinée sous un angle de calage positif, plaquée directement sans espacement sur le rouleau tramé (4), où pendant le fonctionnement de la machine, est amenée à l'encrier (1) respectivement une réserve d'encre d'impression fortement visqueuse, telle que soit constitué un rouleau d'encre d'impression (12) rotatif, qui se déroule sur la racle de travail (8), sans entrer en contact avec la racle de fermeture (9).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur la racle (8 ou 9) est prévue une surface de guidage (14 ou 16) délimitant le rouleau d'encre d'impression (12).

- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de guidage (8; 14 ou 9; 16), selon le sens de production du rouleau tramé (4), sont prévues dans les cadrans I. et II. ou dans les cadrans II. ou seulement dans le cadran I. en se référant à un système de coordonnées rectangulaires, ayant son origine sur l'axe de rotation (17) du rouleau tramé (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'encre d'impression est d'une viscosité supérieure à 60 Poise.
