Definitions

  • the invention relates to an arrangement for switching position and Abbrandan Attache at least one fixed and at least one movable Contact of an electrical switching device.
  • burnup is the loss of contact material when switching under load caused by the arc at the contacts referred to.
  • it is therefore particularly also important in contactors equipped with vacuum interrupters, not only the switching position of the contacts on or off on the Contactor, but also ongoing knowledge of the progress of the Burn off the contacts to get the contacts or vacuum interrupter in time to be able to change.
  • the burnup by means of a sensor in the switched-on condition of a contactor and display. This display is independent of a switch position display same contactor.
  • the switch position indicator separately from a burn-up indicator.
  • From EP 0 292 849 A2 is an electrical switching device with a fixed and a movable contact piece and an arrangement for switching position display known.
  • the movable display element that controls the switching movement of moving contact and from the respective position of the movable Display element to a window edge is readable, gives the information the switch position on or off again.
  • From DE 31 19 256 A1 are electrical switching devices with visual displays of the respective switching position through openings with transparent material or magnifying glass known.
  • the invention is based on the object, a simple visible from the outside Control indicator for the burn-off of the contacts with vacuum interrupters create, which is also coupled with a switch position indicator.
  • the display according to the invention of the switching position and the burn-up is self-explanatory regarding on and off.
  • the invention enables a display for switching position and contact erosion.
  • the arrangement according to the invention is simple in design and reduces the necessary components for presentation and indication of the switching position and burnup.
  • the inventive Arrangement for displaying the burn-up and the switching position the advantage that even with three phases of a vacuum switching device, i. three Vacuum tubes, also an asymmetric contact erosion of the various Vacuum tubes are immediately displayed and automatically recognizable. Because the Display elements without transmission elements work according to the invention is it also possible, with direct access to the display elements immediately make a direct measurement, with which burn-off dimensions can be determined.
  • each of the contact pairs of a vacuum interrupter are directly visible via an opening in the lid of the vacuum contactor.
  • the opening by means of a transparent material or covered by a magnifying magnifying glass.
  • the fixed Ad element at its pointing to the moving display element Head side has lateral recesses whose depth the permissible burnup of moving and fixed contact. That way is a symbolic contact representation for the display elements selected with the the actual contact height, i. the possible Abbrandterrorism, matches.
  • the display elements with respect to their assignment to each other a safety margin provide, for example, such that the display elements are formed so that they overlap each other in each switching state and by appropriate recesses the desired displays are made visible.
  • An essential advantage of the inventive arrangement for displaying the Switching state and the burn-up condition is that the display is a certificate of authenticity is and corresponds directly to the switching conditions.
  • the display elements are very robust.
  • An advantageous embodiment of the display elements provides that they are in are formed essentially from an angularly bent wall piece, wherein in each case an angled band end of the attachment of the display element serves and the other end of the tape display, and the display elements so on attached and arranged the vacuum interrupter or the movable part are that the tape ends serving the display against each other on each other directed parallel spaced plane.
