Definitions

  • the invention relates to an industrial truck, especially stackers, with a a telescopic mast height-lifting load-carrying means, wherein the Mast one attached to a frame of the truck stationary mast and having a relative to the stationary mast in a vertical direction movable mast and wherein the mast has means for visual representation of a lifting height of the load receiving means.
  • an industrial truck is known from DE-A-2 017 502.
  • the stand mast is essentially height immovably attached to the frame of the truck.
  • the mast By means of a in the Usually hydraulic lifting cylinder, the mast can relative to the Stand mast be raised.
  • a load handling device in the Usually a fork, on the mast guided vertically movable and a on the upper end of the mast deflected chain connected to the stationary mast.
  • One Lifting the lifting mast by means of the hydraulic cylinder to a certain Height difference thus causes a lifting of the lifting device by twice Height difference.
  • Such executed mast for example, in Dr. med. Rödigs encyclopedia of industrial trucks, issue 1991 on page 62 as simplex mast described.
  • the invention described below is analogous Way also applicable to masts of other types.
  • the present invention is therefore the object of a truck with an easy to produce device for displaying information about the To provide lifting height.
  • the mast means for visual representation of a lifting height of the lifting device, wherein the Stand mast and the mast each have at least one mark. Both Markings are visually recognizable to the operator.
  • the arranged on the mast marker is relative to the Marking of the mast moves. From the relative position of the two Markings to each other can give clear conclusions about the lifting height of the Lifting device to be pulled.
  • the markers can be, for example by painting or by sticking to the mast and to the mast are mounted and are preferably arranged such that they are of the Operator during normal operation of the forklift are recognizable.
  • the mast Mark formed by a scale extending in the vertical direction and the length of the scale is substantially equal to the maximum possible Movement path of the lifting mast. It is useful if the on the Stand mast arranged mark no significant extension in vertical Direction and is arranged in an upper portion of the stanchion. at a lifting of the lifting device is the mast with the scale upwards moves, with the scale shifts relative to the stationary mark. The Standing still makes it easier for the operator to read the current one Lifting height, as he can always look at the same place. At the mark adjacent to the scale, the operator can adjust the instantaneous lifting height of the Read the lifting device.
  • An inscription of the scale advantageously relates to the lifting height of the The accessory.
  • a vertical movement of the lifting device is always twice as large as the vertical movement of the lifting mast, the labeling of the scale gives the double Values of the actual scale length again.
  • a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention is on the Truck arranged a load chart from which of the operator a maximum permissible load of the lifting device as a function of the Lifting height of the lifting device is read, at least one on one defined lift height related load value on the payload diagram having colored marking, and arranged on the mast scale has a corresponding color coding.
  • FIG. 1 shows the truck according to the invention in side view. This is one shown with dashed lines frame 1 of the truck with wheels 2 and Load rollers 3 on a roadway.
  • a mast 4 consists of a stationary mast. 5 and a mast 6. The mast 6 can along the landing mast 5 upwards be extended, with a designed as a load lifting device 7 along the lifting mast 6 automatically moved upwards.
  • the load-carrying means 7 is always twice as raised high, as the mast 6.
  • Figure 2 shows the cross section A-A of the truck with fully lowered Lifting device 7. Recognizable in this view is a hydraulic lifting cylinder 8 whose lower end to the frame 1 and the upper end of the mast. 6 is attached.
  • a marker 9 is mounted in the upper region of the upright mast 5, which has no significant extension in the vertical direction.
  • the mast 5, however, has a scale-shaped marking 10, the dimension of which relates to the lifting height h 3 of the load-receiving means 7.
  • a mounted on the stand 5 Pictogram 11 this is clarified for the operator.
  • the mark 9 points to the value "0" of the scale-shaped mark 10. This means that the load-carrying means 7 is in its lowest position.
  • FIG. 3 shows the view of the industrial truck according to FIG. 2 with the load receiving means 7 raised.
  • the scale-shaped marking 10 is displaced upward, so that a value for the lifting height h 3 can be read at the location assigned to the marking 9.
  • the scale-shaped mark 10 has three sections in this embodiment with different colors a (green), b (yellow), c (red) on. These are different from each other delimited sections identify areas of lifting height where one different maximum permissible load of the lifting device 7 is present.
  • the color scheme of the scale-shaped marker 10 and the invention Load chart facilitates the operator's fast and safe reading of the load chart and thus reduces the risk of incorrect operation of the Industrial truck.
  • the payload diagram is easy on one for the operator accessible location of the truck, for example in the vicinity of Operating elements arranged.
