Abstract

Ein bekanntes Luftansaugkanalsystem mit Abgasrückführung weist den Nachteil eines gestörten Schwingverhaltens der angesaugten Luft auf, wodurch die Zylinderfüllung vermindert wird.
Hiergegen sieht das neue Luftansaugkanalsystem vor, daß jeder Einzelkanal (5) gegenüber dem Luftansaugkanal (2), in den er einmündet, in Betriebsphasen ohne Abgasrückführung durch einen Ventilabschnitt (6) verschließbar ist.
Hierdurch kann der Abgasanteil für eine Schadstoffreduzierung bis in Grenzbereiche erhöht werden, ohne daß das Schwingverhalten der angesaugten Luft gestört wird.
