Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de contrôle automatique des registres de couleur et de coupe dans des presses rotatives comprenant des bandes de papier individuelles ou multiples, le transport de la bande de papier étant réalisé essentiellement par des entraínements individuels espacés de longueurs de sections de bande, caractérisé en ce que l'on calcule des valeurs d'extension de la bande relatives à partir du point de travail instantané (kxVW, kxDl, kxDn, kxZW, kxSW ou kxn) de chaque entraínement et de la longueur de section de la bande jusqu'au prochain entraínement pour chacun des entraínements transportant la bande de papier et en ce qu'on calcule des grandeurs de correction (kyFl...kyFn, kyS, respectivement kyn) par combinaison de toutes les valeurs d'extension de la bande ainsi calculées, conformément auxquelles grandeurs de correction les grandeurs de guidage (Wv, WVW, WDl...WDn, WZW, WSW) pour les registres de couleur et de coupe sont corrigées.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les valeurs d'extension de la bande sont calculées conformément à l'équation : λ = σ · LE avec
       λ = prolongement de la bande en m ; σ = sollicitation en traction de la bande ; L = longueur de la section de bande en m ; E = module d'élasticité en N/m.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le module d'élasticité E est déterminé en fonction du couple de charge et de la vitesse à partir des points de travail de l'entraínement concerné et en ce que la sollicitation en traction σ est déterminée en fonction du couple des entraínements.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les longueurs de sections de bande sont prélevées pour des productions différentes dans un module de données de configuration (KONF).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la correction des grandeurs de guidage (Wv, WVW, WDl...WDn, WZW, WSW) s'effectue proportionnellement et en ce que les facteurs de proportion correspondants sont déterminés à l'aide d'une configuration de machine prélevée dans le module de données de configuration (KONF).
