Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Steuern eines Spulenrahmens (10) einer Textilmaschine, der eine mittels Friktion von einer Antriebswalze angetriebene Spule aufnimmt und der mittels einer Schwenkachse (9) schwenkbar gelagert und mit Mitteln zum Erzeugen von Drehmomenten verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Spulenrahmen (10) und einem um vorgebbare Schritte verstellbaren Antriebselement (1) ein Drehmomentgeber angeordnet ist, der die Verstellung des Antriebselements (1) in definierte, auf den Spulenrahmen (10) wirkende Drehmomente umwandelt.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das um vorgebbare Schritte verstellbare Antriebselement als ein um vorgebbare Winkelschritte verstellbares Antriebselement (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das um vorgebbare Winkelschritte verstellbare Antriebselement als Schrittmotor (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehmomentgeber ein erstes Element (11), das drehfest mit der Schwenkachse (9) verbunden ist und ein zweites relativ dazu verdrehbares Element (5) enthält, das mittels des Antriebselementes (1) angetrieben ist, und daß elastische Übertragungselemente (8) zwischen dem ersten Element (11) und dem zweiten Element (5) angebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem zweiten Element (5) und dem Antriebselement (1) ein Untersetzungsgetriebe (2, 3, 4) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Element (11) und das zweite Element (5) koaxial zueinander angeordnet und relativ zueinander verdrehbar sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Übertragungselemente (8) Schraubenfedern sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubenfedern im wesentlichen tangential zu einer gemeinsamen Drehachse (9) des ersten Elementes (11) und des zweiten Elementes (5) ausgerichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Übertragungselemente (8) im wesentlichen in gleichem Abstand zu einer gemeinsamen Drehachse (9) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Übertragungselemente (8) zwischen dem ersten Element (11) und dem zweiten Element (5) derart aufeinander folgend angeordnet sind, daß sie beim Verdrehen des zweiten Elements (5) gegenüber dem ersten Element (11) gegensinnig belastet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Übertragungselemente (8) vorgespannt sind.
