Claims (9)
- Dispositif de positionnement de tiges d'armature dans un coffrage pour la réalisation d'un ouvrage en béton armé, ledit dispositif comprenant un support (3) apte à immobiliser lesdites tiges dans une position telle qu'une partie desdites tiges s'étend vers l'extérieur dudit dispositif à partir d'une face (3a) dudit support, ledit support et lesdites tiges étant entourés par une gaine (25) de maintien en position relative, caractérisé en ce que ladite gaine (25) est formée par enroulement d'un film étirable (2) autour dudit support (3) et en ce qu'au moins une bande d'arrachement (20) s'étend sur une face extérieure dudit film (2), du côté de ladite face (3a) dudit support (3).
- Dispositif de positionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite bande d'arrachement (20) est disposée de telle sorte qu'elle ne recouvre pas les parties (11, 12) desdites tiges d'armature (10) disposées à la surface (3a) ou dans (4, 5) ledit support (3).
- Dispositif de positionnement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites tiges d'armature (10) ont une forme globale en U et en ce que ladite bande d'arrachement (20) est disposée entre les branches (11, 12) desdites tiges, selon une direction (XX') globalement parallèle auxdites branches.
- Dispositif de positionnement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite bande d'arrachement (20) est placée autour dudit support (3), en débordement sur une face (3c) dudit support opposée à ladite face (3a) à partir de laquelle s'étendent lesdites parties (13) desdites tiges.
- Dispositif de positionnement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite bande d'arrachement (20) est renforcée, au moins dans une zone (20b) de recouvrement d'un côté (3c) dudit support (3).
- Dispositif de positionnement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite bande d'arrachement (20) porte, sur sa face en contact avec ladite gaine (25), un revêtement adhésif.
- Dispositif de positionnement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit film étirable (2) porte, sur sa face orientée vers ledit support (3), un revêtement adhésif.
- Dispositif de positionnement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit film étirable (2) est enroulé sur plusieurs épaisseurs autour dudit support (3).
- Dispositif de positionnement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit film étirable (2) est réalisé en polyéthylène ou en polychlorure de vinyle traité anti-UV.
