En outre, l'invention a pour objet un procédé d'obtention d'éléments de nettoyage en polymère pour appareil pour soins dentaires, caractérisé en ce qu'on incorpore, sous forme finement dispersée, à la masse fondue de polymère, un additif soluble dans l'eau et/ou dans la salive, à effet médico-dentaire et/ou antibactérien, et en ce qu'on extrude le mélange obtenu.
