- the BOE 38 has at one end a fork 38 a in which engages the protruding stud 20 b of the wheel 20, the fork 38 a being located between the wheel 20 and the bottom 2 a of the housing 2.
- the opposite end of the BOE 38 has a shoulder portion 38 b which is intended to come into contact with the active portion 13 of the pawl 5 and to push it into the retracted position, as explained below.
- the LOE 33 pivots on its fixed axis 34 in the direction of the arrow ⁇ ', which has the effect of displacing in translation, in a substantially vertical direction, the BOE 38 over a distance indicated by the arrow ⁇ 'in FIG. 4.
- the fork 38 a of the BOE 38 allows the sliding in the direction ⁇ ' of the BOE 38 relative to the stud 20 b of the wheel 20.
- the compartment B of the lock comprises, in addition, a lever driving thresher (LAB) 40, one end portion 40 protrudes outside of the lock housing and shaped folded fork in the direction longitudinally of the door to cooperate with an eccentric pin 41 has a harvester 41 of a lock cylinder (see Figure 4A).
- the LAB 40 is articulated at an intermediate point on a fixed axis 42 on the bottom 15 a of the housing 15.
- the opposite end 40 b of the LAB 40 relative to the axis 42 has a fork shape cooperating with the protruding stud 20 c of the wheel 20, on the side opposite to the stud 20 b , so that the LAB 40 does not interfere with the BOE 38.
- the LAB 40 pivots in the direction of the double arrow ⁇ ' so that one of the branches of the fork 40 b cooperates with the stud 20 c of the wheel 20.
- the branches of the yoke 40 b are angularly spaced so as to allow freedom of circular translation of the pin 20c in the direction of the double arrow ⁇ 'when the wheel 20 is rotated by the drive shaft 21 or by the lever intermediate 22.
- the LAB 40 can be removed or left in place, stationary, in the absence of a thresher 41.
- compartment B there is provided on the bottom 2 a of the housing 2 a housing 43 for an open door detection sensor (not shown).
- the housing 45 comprises two notches 45 a , 45 b spaced by a small hill 45 c to define two stable positions of the link 29 in the direction of the arrow ⁇ .
- the end 44 b of the spring 44 is located in the notch 45 a furthest from the fixed point 44 a , to define a stable engaged position of the link 29 with the active portion 13 of the pawl 5.
- the housing 46 of the BOE 38 also includes two similar notches to define two stable engaged and disengaged positions of the rod 38 relative to the pawl 5, during the pivoting of the BOE 38 in the direction of the arrow ⁇ ''.
- the housing 45 of the BOI 29 differs from the housing 46 of the BOE 38, in that this housing 45 comprises a ramp 47 extending from the notch 45 a at a distance from the fixed point 44 a of the spring 44, to define a unstable position of the link 29, when the latter is moved in an overtravel of the child-locking lever 31.
- the position of unstable end 44 b of the spring 44 is illustrated in phantom in Figure 6A, the end 44 b coming to bear on the ramp 47. This unstable position of the link 29 is also illustrated in FIG. 6.
- FIG. 9 shows an alternative embodiment of the child lock in compartment B.
- the child lock lever 31 is replaced here by a child lock button 131 (shown in broken lines) accessible on the door edge, this button 131 being integral with an eccentric portion 131 a which is articulated on an intermediate lever 132 comprising a central oblong slot 132 a in which slides an axis 133 fixed relative to the bottom 2 a of the housing 2, the opposite end of the lever intermediate 132 comprising a stud 132 b which engages in a sliding manner in an oblong opening 134 formed on the stepped terminal portion 29 b of the BOI 29, to authorize the opening stroke of the BOI 29.
- the BOI 29 In the position illustrated on the Figure 9, the BOI 29 is in its disengaged position, that is to say in the locked inner child position.
- the disengaged position of the rod 29 corresponds to an inclined position P1 of the child lock knob 131, with the fixed shaft 133 which is located at one end of the oblong slot 132 of the intermediate lever 132.
- To switch to the unlocked position, with BOI 29 in the engaged position it suffices to turn the knob 131 in the direction of the arrow ⁇ ", towards an intermediate position P2 in which the fixed axis 133 is located halfway in the oblong lumen 132 a .
- a return spring 135 can be provided to return the rotary button 131 from position P3 to position P2 .
- the actuator comprises a reversible electric motor 50 having two tabs 51 and 52 whose respective ends 51a, 52a are bent in the longitudinal direction of the door and act as connecting pins with the power supply of the vehicle battery .
- the pins 51 a and 52 a are located in a housing 53 formed in a cowling 54 which defines with the bottom 15 a of the housing 15 the compartment C.
- This housing 53 is also suitable for receiving a connection terminal block 55, as illustrated in the figure 11.
- the electric motor 50 has, on the side opposite the tabs 51 and 52 an externally projecting motor shaft 56 which is integral a drive pinion 57, the latter tangentially meshing with a gear wheel 58 which is integral and coaxial with the shaft 21 which extends perpendicular to the drive shaft 56.
- compartment C can contain, in addition, a three-position switch 60, which switch comprising a trigger arm 61 shown in broken lines, which is intended to switch on either side of its central equilibrium position under the action of two stop pins 62, 63 located on LAB 40, when it is tilted by the thresher 41 of the barrel.
- a three-position switch 60 which switch comprising a trigger arm 61 shown in broken lines, which is intended to switch on either side of its central equilibrium position under the action of two stop pins 62, 63 located on LAB 40, when it is tilted by the thresher 41 of the barrel.
- respective unlocking information or condemnation is transmitted, via terminal block 55, to other vehicle door locks.
- terminal block 55 which replaces pins 51 a and 51 b in figures 10 and 12, the power supply terminals of electric motor 50 are indicated at 55 a and 55 b , at 55 c , the positive terminal of the switch 60 and 55 d and 55 e , the respective terminals for output of the locking and unlocking signal to the other locks.
- the cover 54 has a shape of a parallelepedic box which is closed by the bottom 15 a of the housing 15. It has been indicated in 54 a and 54 b , respectively two slots and a stapling tab of the cover 54 with the housing 15.
- a hollow chimney 65 intended to protect the rod or the opening cable inner 27 of any hooking attempt from the outside, since this inner opening rod or cable 27 allows the outer opening link 38 to be unlocked, by means of the intermediate lever 22.
- a tab 66 for the temporary stapling of the opening rod outer 35.
- This same wall of the cowling 54 is extended by direction of the second compartment B of the lock and ends with a tab 67 curved outward in a plane substantially parallel to the plane of the bottom of the cowling 54.
- a deflecting fin 68 extends between said longitudinal wall of the cowling and the curved tab 67, in a direction inclined downwards and outwards from the lock, to guide the flow of water from the window seal door remote from the lock.
- the user can lock / unlock the lock, either with an electronic box remote control to activate the electric motor 50 which drives rotation of the wheel 20, either with a key by acting on the barrel of lock which causes the thresher attack lever to pivot 40 driving the wheel 20 in rotation.
- the unlock signal received by the actuator electric can be emitted by electronic recognition, not shown, part of a system known per se "of access to hands-free vehicle "not requiring the use of a key or remote control to unlock the lock.
- the recognition electronics is equipped with a radio transmitter and is designed to be able to communicate with a radio device incorporated into a watch, or card, or badge, worn by the user. The recognition electronics do not produce its signal unlocking only after identification of the correct owner.
- the lock is locked vis-à-vis the outside because the BOE 38 is in the disengaged position relative to the active portion 13 of the pawl 5.
- the pin 20 b causes the BOE 38 to tilt in the direction ⁇ '' over a reduced stroke, until the stepped portion 38 b of the BOE 38 is in the engaged position with the active portion 13 of the pawl 5.
- the pin 20 c moves between the branches of the fork 40 b of the LAB 40, without moving the latter, and the pin 20 a moves away from the curved portion 22 a of the lever 22.
- the threshing machine 41 of the barrel rotates the LAB 40 anti-clockwise, which causes the pin 20 c to move by one of the branches of the fork 40 b and therefore the rotation of the wheel 20 which simultaneously causes, via the pin 20 b , the pivoting of the BOE 38 in its unlocked engaged position. If the lock was already in an unlocked state, LAB 40 would act in a vacuum, because the pin 20 c would have already been moved clockwise.
- the user can open the door by acting on the exterior handle of door, which causes, through the opening rod 35, tilting the LOE 33 clockwise, and therefore the rise in the direction of the arrow ⁇ 'of the BOE 38 which thus raises the active portion 13 of the pawl 5, and releases the latch 3 which swings automatically in the position illustrated in Figure 2, under the effect of the compression force of the door seal, the door strike 8 being, somehow ejected from the drain 9.
- the user will have tilted the child locking lever 31 in the position of FIG. 5, for reasons of safety vis-à-vis children. To this end, it may push the end 31 b of the child lock lever that is accessible on the door edge.
- the BOI 29 In the position of FIG. 5, the BOI 29 is in a disengaged position with respect to the pawl, so that a child acting on the interior door handle cannot cause the door to open. Indeed, although no organ blocks the movement of LOI 24 or BOI 29, the latter will move in a vacuum next to the active portion 13 of the pawl 5.
- the child will simultaneously unlock the lock from the outside, thanks to the intermediate lever 22 which rotates clockwise the wheel 20, by acting on the pin 20 a , which allows a outside person to open the rear door.
- the intermediate lever 22 will act in a vacuum because the pin 20 will have already turned the necessary race.
