Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a hand pump.
  • a hydraulic pump known (DE-AS 10 99 356), which consists of a pump cylinder with an actuated by a pump lever piston rod and piston on the one hand and with an associated container for the pressure medium on the other hand, wherein in the space above the oil reservoir, a vent valve is provided and on the pump lever, a cam is arranged, through which the vent valve is opened at each pump stroke.
  • piston pump for manual operation (DE-PS 18 45 696), in which a made of plastic, consisting of two flanged cylinder parts cylinder a piston made of plastic is arranged, which carries a rack made of the same material , in which engages a gear segment.
  • a lever-operated piston pump for draining liquid containers known (DE-AS 12 54 966), wherein the lever mechanism of the piston pump, a spring member is associated, which surrounds the piston from the lifting position to the liquid blocking position when relieving the hand lever.
  • a non-generic hydraulic hand pump is known (DE 94 14 875 U1), wherein the pump piston is moved axially upon actuation of the pump lever with respect to the pump cylinder, wherein the pumping movement of the pump lever via a shaft on a lever with a transverse to the axial direction Tang is transferred.
  • This engages in a provided at the rear end of the pump piston both transversely to the axial direction and to the pin extending laterally open, notch and thus consuming recess, so that the rotational movement of the lever nevertheless a purely linear reciprocating motion of the pump piston-without that this can cause tilting.
  • a joint does not have the pump piston.
  • a disadvantage of this known hand pump is the complicated structure of the connection between the actual pump piston via a separate -gekröpfte- piston rod with the joint on the cam. This multiplicity of components makes the structure of the known hand pump comparatively complicated and, as a result, prone to failure.
  • the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a simple and inexpensive to manufacture hand pump available, which is also less prone to failure due to a smaller number of functional parts.
  • a hand pump according to the preamble of claim 1 according to its ken conveyden characteristics thus characterized in that the joint is arranged on the cam associated free end of the integrally and cylindrically shaped pump piston and that the joint between the cam and the pumping head by means of a formed in a bore of the cam and engaging in a bore of the pump piston axis is formed, which is substantially parallel to the axial direction of the shaft.
  • the transmission of the pumping movement from the pumping lever to the cam is provided via the shaft, the cam interacting with the pumping piston of the pumping cylinder.
  • the core of the present invention which can not be foreseen by the person skilled in the art in accordance with the prior art now consists of frictionally engaging the pumping piston at least one joint having an axis to connect with the cam.
  • a pump piston extending for a long time is provided for the pump cylinder without a pump piston rod to be fastened thereto separately and on the cam.
  • the free end of the pump piston is connected via the joint with the cam. It thus eliminates the separate pump piston rod and its attachment to both the pump piston and the cam.
  • the hand pump is not only simple and inexpensive to produce, but has due to the arrangement of the joint for frictional interaction of the pump piston with the cam on a smaller number of functional parts, so that the hand pump according to the present invention is characterized by a significantly reduced susceptibility.
  • FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of a hand pump according to the present invention is shown in a schematic cross-sectional view.
  • the pump movement is transmitted from a pump lever 10 via a shaft 20 to a cam 30, wherein the cam 30 cooperates with a pump piston 50 of a pump cylinder 60.
  • the pump piston 50 is frictionally connected via a joint 40 designed as an axle with the cam 30.
  • the cam 30 moved by the rotary shaft 20 is provided with the axis 40 substantially parallel to the shaft 20, which engages a bore 510 of the pumping cylinder 60 adapted thereto, so that with an oscillating reciprocating motion of the shaft 20 moving cam 30 and attached thereto in a bore 310 of the cam 30 axis 40 a reciprocating stroke movement of the pump piston 50 of the pumping cylinder 60 is effected.
  • the pump piston 50 fits with great play in the relevant pump cylinder 60, wherein the tightness is effected by two strongly projecting in the radial direction, elastically yielding piston seals 70, 80. These seals 70, 80 allow the pumping piston 50 can perform a slight tilting movement during its stroke due to the non-positive articulation on the axis 40, without at the same time the tightness of the pump piston 50 is impaired in the pumping cylinder 60.
  • an additional return member such as a spring omitted.
  • FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of a hand pump according to the present invention in one embodiment 4 shows a schematic sectional view of the hand pump from FIG. 3 along the section line IV - IV in FIG. 3.
  • the hand pump according to the second embodiment differs from the hand pump according to the first embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2 essentially in that the pump cylinder 60 with the pump piston 50 seen from the pump lever 10 is not back-mounted cam 30, but rather the cam 30 is upstream.
  • the solution according to the two embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4 has a smaller number of components and as a result is cheaper and also easier to assemble. Also, there is a smaller number of components potentially affecting the function present, especially no rubbing against each other parts as in the prior art, so that there is a maximum of reliability.
