Description
Claims (21)
- Verfahren zum Beschriften eines Blattes eines heftartigen Gegenstandes in einer Beschriftungsstation, bei demder heftartige Gegenstand aufgeklappt in einer Kassette (10) angeordnet und der Beschriftungsstation zugeführt wird,die Lage des Blattrandes des zu beschriftenden Blattes in der Beschriftungsstation und die Lage eines auf dem zu beschriftenden Blatt vorgesehenen Musters erfaßt wird, unddas Blatt derart beschriftet wird, daß Teile der Beschriftung bezüglich des Muster und andere Teile bezüglich des Blattrandes ausgerichtet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zu beschriftende Blatt des heftartigen Gegenstandes so in der Kassette (10) angeordnet wird, daß die Lage des Blattrandes selbst erfaßt werden kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lage des Blattrandes an drei Positionen erfaßt wird, wobei die Lage einer Kante des Blattrandes an zwei und die Lage einer weiteren, quer dazu liegenden Kante an einer Position erfaßt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zu beschriftende Blatt des heftartigen Gegenstandes in der Kassette (10) durch Anschlag- und Haltemittel (37) in eine relativ zur Kassette (10) vorgegebene Lage geführt wird, und daß die Lage der Kassette (10) erfaßt wird, um daraus die Lage des Blattrandes zu ermitteln.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Teile der Beschriftung sowohl zum vorgegebenen Muster als auch zum Blattrand ausgerichtet werden.
- Kassette (10), insbesondere zur Aufnahme und Handhabung eines heftartigen Gegenstandes aus blattförmigen Material bei der Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, miteiner Grundplatte (11), die einen Auflagebereich (15) mit einer ersten Auflagefläche (17) aufweist, undeinem Rahmen (12), der dem Auflagebereich (15) gegenüberliegend zumindest teilweise lösbar an der Grundplatte (11) angeordnet ist,wobei der ersten Auflagefläche (17) eine zweite Auflagefläche (18) zugeordnet ist, die in Richtung ihrer Normalen parallel zur ersten Auflagefläche (17) versetzt ist.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (12) eine an der Grundplatte (11) angebrachte Rahmenplatte (20) aufweist, an der ein Klapprahmen (21) mit einem Fenster (23) schwenkbar angelenkt ist.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klapprahmen (21) in seiner auf der Grundplatte (11) aufliegenden Schließstellung über der näher am Rahmen (12) liegenden zweiten Auflagefläche (18) angeordnet ist, und daß das Fenster (23) durch Niederhaltestege (24, 25) unterteilt ist, um ein zu beschriftendes Blatt eines auf dem Auflagebereich (15) aufliegenden blattförmigen Gegenstandes eben zu halten.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klapprahmen (21) in seiner Schließstellung mit Hilfe von Schnappverbindungsmitteln (36) lösbar gehalten wird.
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klapprahmen (21) in seiner Aufklappstellung mit der Grundplatte (12) einen Winkel von etwa 110° bis 150°, vorzugsweise von 120° bis 140°, insbesondere 130° einschließt.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Auflagefläche (17 bzw. 18) eine Stufe (16) mit abgeschrägter Flanke vorgesehen ist.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel (α) zwischen der Flanke (16') und der näher am Rahmen (12) liegenden Auflagefläche (18) zwischen 205° und 225°, vorzugsweise zwischen 210° und 220°, insbesondere etwa 215° beträgt.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanke (16') glatt, vorzugsweise abgerundet, in die näher am Rahmen (12) liegende Auflagefläche (18) übergeht.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der der Grundplatte (11) zugewandten Seite des Klappdeckels (21) im Bereich seiner von seiner Schwenkachse (A) entfernt liegenden Kante (29) Anschlag- und Haltemittel (37) vorgesehen sind, um einen auf der zugeordneten Auflagefläche (18) des Auflagebereichs (15) anzuordnenden blattförmigen Gegenstand relativ zum Rahmen (12) und/oder zur Grundplatte (11) auszurichten.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlag- und Haltemittel (37) taschenförmig ausgebildet sind, so daß ein in die Tasche (41) eingeführter blattförmiger Gegenstand bei einer Schwenkbewegung des Klapprahmens (21) daran gehalten und von diesem geführt wird.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Auflagefläche (18) streifenförmig über der ersten Auflagefläche (17) entlang einer ihrer Seiten angeordnet ist, so daß ein zu beschriftendes Blatt eines auf der ersten Auflagefläche (17) aufliegenden heftartigen Gegenstandes mit seiner freien Kante auf der zweiten Auflagefläche (18) auflegbar ist.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwider ersten und der zweiten Auflagefläche eine Aufnahemtasche (61) vorgesehen ist.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der über die ersten Auflagefläche (17) ragende Rand der zweiten Auflagefläche (18) in der Draufsicht konvex ausgebildet ist.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klapprahmen (21) in seiner teilweise über der zweiten Auflagefläche (18) angeordneten Leiste (30) Kontrollfenster (62, 63) zur Erfassung eines Blattrandes aufweist, wobei zumindest ein Kontrollfenster (63) in einem Eckbereich des Klapprahmens (21) angeordnet ist, so daß die Lagen von zwei aneinander anstoßenden Kanten des Blattrandes erfaßt werden können.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Auflagefläche (18) kontrastfarben ausgebildet ist.
- Kassette nach Anspruch 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß parallel zur streifenförmigen zweiten Auflagefläche mit Abstand zu dieser eine konvex gewölbte Leiste (64) auf der ersten Auflagefläche (17) befestigbar ist.
