  20. Machine de fragmentation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 19, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de recouvrement (212) présente des parois (213) correspondant aux surfaces (208) délimitant la rainure (205).
  21. Machine de fragmentation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 20, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de recouvrement (212) présente un orifice (210) qui est pratiqué dans le sens radial dans l'élément de recouvrement (212) par rapport à la disposition de l'élément de recouvrement (212) sur un arbre (201).
  22. Machine de fragmentation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 21, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de recouvrement (212) est conçu comme un profilé creux avec une plaque (220) se terminant avec la surface extérieure de l'arbre, des moyens (225) étant prévus sur la plaque (220), avec lesquels la plaque (220) s'appuie dans la rainure (205) contre les surfaces (208) délimitant la rainure (205).
  23. Machine de fragmentation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 22, caractérisée en ce que l'arbre de coupe est en forme de polygone avec une pluralité de surfaces planes (202) formant des angles entre elles.
  24. Machine de fragmentation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 23, caractérisée en ce que les sièges de couteaux (204) sont, en coupe, des rainures en forme d'entonnoir (205) avec un fond de rainure (206) plan, le fond de rainure (206) ou les rainures (205) étant disposés comme des sécantes allant d'une surface (202) dans l'arbre de coupe (201).
  25. Machine de fragmentation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 24, caractérisée en ce que la rainure (205) commence à peu près dans le milieu transversal d'une surface (202a), s'étend sur toute la largeur de la surface voisine (202b) dans le sens inverse de la rotation et se termine à peu près dans le milieu transversal de la deuxième surface voisine (202c) dans le sens de rotation.
  26. Machine de fragmentation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 25, caractérisée en ce que la rainure (205) s'étend de manière sécante à l'axe longitudinal de l'arbre et se creuse à partir d'une surface (202a) de l'arbre polygonal jusqu'à la surface (202c) dans la zone de laquelle la rainure (205) se termine.
  27. Machine de fragmentation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 26, caractérisée en ce que la rainure de section en forme d'entonnoir se termine dans la zone de la surface (202c) avec une extrémité arrondie, en forme d'entonnoir en demi-cône (205a).
  28. Machine de fragmentation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 27, caractérisée en ce que la rainure (205) présente un fond de rainure plat (206) dans la zone de l'extrémité (205a) et des parois courtes (207) s'étendant à partir du fond de rainure plat (206), perpendiculairement à la surface (202) de l'arbre et au fond de rainure (206), de façon que la rainure (205) soit, au-dessus du fond de rainure (206), de forme rectangulaire ou carrée.
  29. Machine de fragmentation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 28, caractérisée en ce que la rainure (205) s'élargit vers l'extérieur, à partir des parois courtes (207), avec des parois inclinées (208), lesdites parois inclinées (208) étant des parois d'appui pour des outils de coupe ou des éléments de recouvrement (212).
  30. Machine de fragmentation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 29, caractérisée en ce que des parois droites tangentielles (209) s'étendent, à partir des parois inclinées (208), jusqu'à la surface de l'arbre de coupe (201), respectivement de la surface (202c).
  31. Machine de fragmentation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 30, caractérisée en ce que la rainure (205) présente une hauteur constante dans la zone de la surface (202c), la profondeur de rainure diminuant à partir d'une arête (203) entre la surface (202c) et la surface (202b) successivement jusqu'à l'arête (203) entre la surface (202b) et la surface (202a), et la profondeur de la rainure diminue davantage, de l'inclinaison de la surface (202a) par rapport à la surface (202b), à partir de l'arête (203) entre la surface (202b) et la surface (202a), jusqu'à la sortie du fond de rainure (206) sur la surface (202a).
  32. Machine de fragmentation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 31, caractérisée en ce qu'un orifice (210) est pratiqué dans le fond de rainure (206), dans la zone de la surface (202b) perpendiculaire au fond de rainure (206).
