Claims (11)
- Legekopf eines Windungslegers für Draht, mit einem um eine Drehachse (3) rotierbaren Grundkörper (1) und einem drehfest mit dem Grundkörper (1) verbundenen Rohrhalter (2), wobei der Rohrhalter (2) ein Legerohr (4) aufweist, das von einem mit der Drehachse (3) fluchtenden Einlaßende (5) zu einem bezüglich der Drehachse (3) tangential angeordneten Auslaßende (6) verläuft und so eine gekrümmte, um die Drehachse (3) umlaufende Führungsbahn festlegt,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß der Rohrhalter (2) zusammen mit dem Legerohr (4) als Einheit vom Grundkörper (1) lösbar ist. - Legekopf nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß der Rohrhalter (2) durch Lösen einer einzigen Schraube (16) vom Grundkörper (1) lösbar ist. - Legekopf nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Schraube (16) als Dehnschraube ausgebildet ist. - Legekopf nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Schraube (16) an ihrem vom Grundkörper (1) abgewandten Ende mit einer Schutzkappe (14) abgedeckt ist. - Legekopf nach einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,daß der Grundkörper (1) einen sich in Axialrichtung (x) von einem Anfangsbereich (11) zu einem Endbereich (13) erstreckenden Montagezapfen (9) mit einem Zapfenkopf (10) aufweist,daß der Rohrhalter (2) eine zumindest im Anfangs- und im Endbereich (11, 13) mit dem Montagezapfen (9) zusammenwirkende Traghülse (8) aufweist unddaß der Rohrhalter (2) bei auf den Montagezapfen (9) aufgeschobener Traghülse (8) radialspielfrei am Grundkörper (1) anliegt. - Legekopf nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß der Montagezapfen (9) sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Traghülse (8) erstreckt. - Legekopf nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß der Montagezapfen (9) sich vom Anfangs- zum Endbereich (11, 13) hin verjüngt. - Legekopf nach Anspruch 5, 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß der Montagezapfen (9) zum Schutz vor Korrosion und/oder Beschädigung oberflächenbehandelt ist. - Legekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4 und einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Schraube (16) sich über die gesamte Länge des Montagezapfens (9) erstreckt. - Legekopf nach einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß der Rohrhalter 2 und der Grundkörper (1) zusammenwirkende Drehsicherungseinrichtungen (1', 2') aufweisen. - Legekopf nach einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß dem Legerohr (4) ein Schneckengang (7) nachgeordnet ist, der mit dem Rohrhalter (4) unlösbar verbunden ist.
