Definitions

  • the invention is directed to an active substance container with an opening for receiving a solid, pasty or liquid active ingredient, for example a dye or a Flavor for the metered entry of this active ingredient in a liquid, for example in a drink, to one later freely selectable time.
  • a solid, pasty or liquid active ingredient for example a dye or a Flavor for the metered entry of this active ingredient in a liquid, for example in a drink, to one later freely selectable time.
  • Release device for releasing a Drug composition known to an application environment which is accessible through body openings, with controlled Speed over a long period consisting of a housing that contains the active ingredient and a liquid is filled, from which by thermal expansion Liquid the active ingredient through an opening in the housing over a longer period of time.
  • WO 95/08 493 describes a beverage container with an am Insert arranged in the bottom of the container.
  • This insert is a hollow body with a upper restricted opening and a lower restricted opening.
  • a carbonated beverage e.g. B. Beer
  • Gas volume is also pressurized.
  • opening the beverage container the compressed gas volume from the upper narrowed opening released of the insert, which causes the delivery of the drink in a Glass the formation of a vortex of vesicles and the formation of a soft, creamy head of foam on the drink is conveyed.
  • FR-A-27 30 218 there is one in a liquid container, for example one pressurized beverage can, arranged in two parts Container known, the parts of each other by a snap lock are connected.
  • the one to be dispensed is located in one of these container parts Active ingredient, while the other part of the container, sealed with a thin Membrane filled with a gas, the pressure of which is via a small opening in the Container housing is adapted to the excess pressure of the liquid container.
  • the sudden drop in pressure causes that the gas in the two-part container expands suddenly and the membrane bulges outwards, which releases the snap lock and the Active ingredient from the now unsealed container part into the surrounding liquid can leak.
  • a worldly device for introducing an active ingredient into a liquid is described in WO 93/24 384.
  • a pressurized one Drink-filled can for example, a beer can
  • a piston-like substance filled with an active substance collapses on the bottom of the can pushed insert container.
  • the insert container filled with a gas volume, the pressure of which is the excess pressure of the surrounding Drinking liquid corresponds.
  • you open the box it expands through the onset of pressure drop the gas volume within the insert container. whereby the piston-like insert container extends in the direction of its longitudinal axis pushes apart. This creates a possibility that the Escape the active ingredient from the insert container into the surrounding drinking liquid can.
  • Possible gases that maintain the required overpressure in the outer container and in the active substance container with their gas volume are, for example, air, CO 2 , N 2 and all noble gases.
  • the drug container is advantageous Embodiment of the invention firmly on the inside of the Anchored to the outer container.
  • the drug container is cylindrical, with a wider lower part and a step-like opposite to that lower part offset narrower upper part.
  • in the cylindrical lower part is one towards the Active substance container axis, piston which can be moved in parallel arranged this lower part in two chambers divided, an upper chamber for receiving the active ingredient and a lower chamber for receiving a gas volume.
  • this displaceable piston In the initial position, this displaceable piston is down towards the inner bottom of the outer container up to Inner floor shifted so that the upper chamber is at its maximum Volume reached. Through an opening located in the upper narrower part of the drug container, this is Upper chamber can be filled with the active ingredient. The opening will then with one in the direction of the active substance container axis Locking piston which can be moved in parallel is closed.
  • the sealing piston is seated with a sealing lip on the upper part of the drug container wall.
  • the on preparation of the Drug container can be on the inner bottom of the outer container anchored drug container or even before it Anchoring can be carried out.
  • the filling of the Drug container can also be done from below. First then the installation and attachment of the Active substance container on the inner bottom of the outer container.
  • the gas can also already closed outer container in this lower chamber arrive when the bottled one contains a gas bubble Outer container upside down for a certain period of time is stored. During this period, during which the Gas bubble on the lower inner floor of the Arranges outer container, this gas enters through the bore the lower chamber.
  • the gas pressure inside the lower one Chamber corresponds, as with the separate filling, the excess pressure under which the liquid in the closed Outer container stands.
  • the size of the chamber containing the active ingredient variable is the size of the chamber containing the active ingredient variable. In addition to a structural change, this is through the displacement of the piston with its sealing lip, which after closes below the upper chamber, according to the desired change possible in a simple manner.
  • Figures 1 to 3 is the application example of Invention as an outer container a cylindrical can 2 (only the Floor area is shown), in the middle cylindrical drug container 1 firmly anchored on the lower inner bottom of the can 2 is arranged.
  • the Active substance container 1 has one in this application example wide lower part 4 - and stepped upwards a narrower upper part 5.
  • FIG. 2 the application example of FIG. 1 is in one Section along the line A-A through the drug container axis x shown.
  • the Drug container 1 with its lower bottom on the after internally curved lower inner bottom 16 of the outer container or the can 2.
  • the active substance container 1 has one at the bottom downward projecting edge 17, in order to anchor the Compensate curvature of the inner floor 16.
  • Within the wide lower part 4 is a slidable Piston 6, the interior of the lower part 4 in two Divides chambers 7, 8.
  • the lower chamber 7 is used for receiving a gas volume 9 through a hole arranged below 12 can flow into this chamber.
  • the piston 6 with its sealing lip 18 down to the inner bottom 16 is displaced and the upper sealing piston 11 sits with its sealing lip 14 on the upper edge 19 of the Active ingredient container wall 13.
  • the can 2 is filled with the liquid 3, so that in succession of the liquid under pressure that in the lower one Chamber 7 located gas volume 9 through the bore 12th is placed under the same overpressure. Since the Liquid 3 in can 2 is under excess pressure, the following sequence occurs when opening can 2.
  • the active substance container 1 is in the filling position the inner bottom 16 of the can 2 arranged for better Clarity in a perspective view again shown, in particular the possible arrangement of the Bore 12 can be seen, but this also on the side Edge 17 can be arranged.
  • the active ingredient container according to the invention is therefore the Possibility created a liquid together with a active ingredient necessary for end use together in only a container, the outer container, with the advantage that that the dosing process automatically when the Outer container expires. Incorrect dosing quantities or errors due to an early timing of dosing before End consumption can therefore no longer occur.
