Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Kratzenbeschlag für Karden und/oder Krempelmaschinen, in Form von mehreren, vorzugsweise aus Baumwolle bestehenden Belagstoffschichten, die miteinander und mit einer auf einer der Außenseiten vorgesehenen Elastomer-Deckschicht durch ein Bindemittel zu einer Belagstoffeinheit verbunden und mit sich quer zu den Belagstoffschichten erstreckenden, sie in Richtung zur Elastomer-Deckschicht durchsetzenden und mit ihren Spitzen vorstehenden Häkchen, vorzugsweise Doppelhäkchen bestückt sind, wobei weiter vorzugsweise zur Verminderung der als Folge elektrostatischer Aufladungen der Belagstoffeinheit entstehenden Beeinträchtigungen des Kardierprozesses auf Grund von Faser- und/oder Staubansammlungen im Beschlagbereich das Entstehen der ursächlichen elektrostatischen Aufladungen zumindest vermindernde Inhibitoren beigefügt sind.
Erfindungsgemäß ist zumindest in die Deckschicht elektrisch leitendes Material eingebettet, das zur Ableitung der Friktionselektrizität dient.
