Claims (10)
- Elément de mobilier urbain (1) réalisé en béton, notamment destiné à constituer des bordures, des pylônes ou tout autre élément de construction dans le domaine du bâtiment et des travaux publics, comprenant, dans son volume intérieur, au moins un réseau (3) de fibres optiques (4) dont les fibres (4) se ramifient jusqu'à la surface extérieure (12) de l'élément (1) de façon à l'iriser en de multiples points distincts, pour accroítre la mise en valeur et la signalisation des éléments de mobilier urbain, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une armature (2) et en ce que le réseau (3) de fibres optiques (4) est guidé par l'armature (2).
- Elément de mobilier urbain (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité (5) des fibres optiques (4) est sensiblement perpendiculaire à la surface extérieure (12) de l'élément (1) pour permettre un éclairage optimal.
- Elément de mobilier urbain (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un boítier ou un volume réservé (7) afin d'intégrer la source lumineuse éclairant le réseau (3) de fibres.
- Elément de mobilier urbain (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un fourreau intégrant les moyens de connexion électrique dans le volume interne de l'élément (1) pour le raccordement de plusieurs éléments sans liaison électrique apparente.
- Elément de mobilier urbain (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément est un candélabre (8) et que son moyen d'éclairage (13) constitue la source lumineuse du réseau (3) de fibres (4).
- Elément de mobilier urbain (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens de coloration de l'irisation placés entre la source lumineuse et l'amorce du réseau (3) de fibres optiques (4), pour la variation de la couleur d'irisation.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de mobilier urbain (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, selon lequel, avant la coulée du béton :pour la réalisation d'un élément de mobilier urbain dont la surface extérieure (12) est irisée pour accroítre sa mise en valeur et sa signalisation.on réalise un ensemble de perforations (9) sur la paroi du moule (10),on positionne l'armature (2) au sein du moule (10),on met en place le réseau (3) de fibres optiques (4) par guidage sur l'armature (2),on maintient l'extrémité de chaque fibre optique (4) dans une perforation (9),
- Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'on rapporte sur la paroi interne du moule (10) des plaquettes perforées (11) constituant l'ensemble de perforations (9) souhaité.
- Procédé de fabrication selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'on insère, avant la coulée du béton, un fourreau intégrant les moyens de connexion électrique dans le volume interne du moule.
- Procédé de fabrication selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'on assure, pendant la coulée, le maintien de l'extrémité des fibres optiques (4) dans les perforations (9) au moyen d'un adhésif notamment sous forme de ruban plaquant l'extrémité des fibres optiques (4) sur la face extérieure du moule.
