Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wabenstruktur-Dichtung im Gehäuse einer Turbine, insbesondere Gasturbine, mit einer der Gehäusewand zugewandten Grundplatte sowie einem den Spitzen der Turbinen-Rotorschaufeln zugewandten Anstreif-Abschnitt. Die Dichtung ist gekennzeichnet durch einen mehrlagigen Aufbau derart, daß sich an die Grundplatte ein luftevakuierter und somit in Teilflächen durch Vakuum isolierender Wabenstruktur-Abschnitt anschließt, der durch eine Zwischenplatte abgedeckt ist, auf deren der Wabenstruktur abgewandten Seite der Anstreif-Abschnitt angeordnet ist. Bevorzugt ist die Zwischenplatte mit dem Wabenstruktur-Abschnitt verlötet, wobei dieser Herstellungsprozess unter Vakuumbedingungen erfolgt. Der Anstreif-Abschnitt kann ebenfalls als Wabendichtung ausgebildet sein, wobei die Wabenzellen des Wabenstruktur-Abschnittes eine signifikant größere Teilfläche aufweisen als die Wabenzellen des Anstreifabschnittes.
