Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Verbinden eines dünnen Drahtes mit einem stromleitenden Kontaktelement, dessen Mittelteil in einem Kontaktelementgehäuse angeordnet ist, wobei der Draht stromleitend mit dem verbindungsseitigen Endbereich des Kontaktelements verbunden wird, und wobei der anschlußseitige Endbereich des Kontaktelements als Anschlußelement ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das Ende des Drahtes (2) in Nachbarschaft des verbindungsseitigen Endbereich (7) des Kontaktelements (3) mechanisch fixiert, den Draht (2) in Richtung des Endes des verbindungsseitigen Endbereichs (7) unter leichter Spannung führt, den Draht (2) zwischen dem Ende des verbindungsseitigem Endbereichs (7) und der Fixierung (5) auf den verbindungsseitigen Endbereich (7) des Kontaktelements (3) stromleitend fixiert, und das Kontaktelement (3) in das Kontaktelementgehäuse (6) achsial unter Zugentspannung des Drahtes einpreßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in einen werkzeugfallenden Spulenkörper, dessen Vorderbereich als Kontaktelementgehäuse (6) ausgebildet ist, zwei Kontaktelemente (3) in Form von Stanzteilen aus Buntmetall einpreßt, einen dünnen Lackdraht (2) als Wickelanfang um einen Kunststoffpin als Fixierung (5) wickelt und diagonal über den verbindungsseitigen Endbereich (7) des Kontaktelements (3) zieht, die Spule wickelt und das Wicklungsende wiederum diagonal über den anderen verbindungsseitigen Endbereich (7) zum Kunststoffpin (6) als Fixierung rückführt, dann den Draht (2) in den Positionen (4) und (4a) auf den verbindungsseitigen Endbereichen (7) der Kontaktelemente (3) stumpf auflötet und danach die Kontaktelemente (3) in axialer Richtung in den Spulenkörper unter Zugentspannung der Drähte (2) einpreßt.
- Spulenkörper, bei dem ein dünner Draht mit einem stromleitenden Kontaktelement durch das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und/oder Anspruch 2 verbunden ist.
- Drossel, bei der ein dünner Draht mit einem stromleitenden Kontaktelement durch das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und/oder Anspruch 2 verbunden ist.
- Transformator, bei dem ein dünner Draht mit einem stromleitenden Kontaktelement durch das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und/oder Anspruch 2 verbunden ist.
