Abstract

Ein Hundekotbehälter mit einem Hohlstiel, mit einer daran gehaltenen Aufnahme mit einer Ringfläche, mit einem Kotbeutel, dessen Saum über die Ringfläche gestülpt ist, mit einem Abdeckring, der um eine senkrecht zu der Ringfläche ausgerichtete Achse schwenkbar ist, und mit einem innerhalb des Hohlstiels geführten Zugelement für den Abdeckring. Das technische Problem ist der geruchsdichte Abschluß des Hundekotbehälters und eine gesicherte Handhabung des Kotbeutels. Die Aufnahme (4) weist eine bodenseitig geschlossene Napfwand (5) auf, der Abdeckring ist als Abdeckplatte (14) ausgebildet, und eine Stange (19) ist als Zugelement einerseits in einem Längsschlitz (6) des Hohlstiels (1) geführt und greift andererseits in eine Aufnahme (17) der Abdeckplatte (14) ein. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hundekotbehälter mit einem Hohlstiel, mit einer daran gehaltenen Aufnahme mit einer Ringfläche, mit einem Kotbeutel, dessen Saum über die Ringflache gestülpt ist, mit einem Abdeckring, der um eine senkrecht zu der Ringfläche ausgerichtete Achse schwenkbar ist, und mit einem innerhalb des Hohlstiels geführten Zugelement für den Abdeckring.
Bei dem in der DE 89 10 456 U1 beschriebenen Hundekotbehälter wirkt der Abdeckring zusammen mit der Ringfläche der Aufnahme als Spannelement für den Kotbeutel. Allerdings ist der Kotbeutel nicht abgeschlossen, so daß Gerüche austreten, bis der Kotbeutel entsorgt ist. Außerdem kann der Kotbeutel beim Abheben des Abdeckrings vorzeitig herausfallen. Dieses ist für eine sichere und hygienische Handhabung unerwünscht.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist der geruchsdichte Abschluß des Hundekotbehälters und eine gesicherte Handhabung des Kotbeutels.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß die Aufnahme als bodenseitig geschlossener Napf ausgebildet ist, daß der Abdeckring als Abdeckplatte ausgebildet ist und daß als Zugelement eine Stange einerseits in einem Längsschlitz des Hohlstiels geführt ist und andererseits in eine Aufnahme der Abdeckplatte derat eingreift, daß bei Betätigung des Zugelements die Abdeckplatte um die zur Ringfläche senkrechte Achse zwischen einer Öffnungsstellung und einer Schließstellung verschwenkbar ist.
Die Erfindung unterscheidet sich insofern vom Stand der Technik, als die Abdeckplatte einen vollständigen Verschluß des Napfes und des Kotbeutels sicherstellt. Die Abdeckplatte ist durch die von dem Hohlstiel umschlossene Stange sicher und geschützt geführt. Der Kotbeutel liegt innerhalb des Napfes und ist durch die Abdeckplatte abgeschlossen. Es ist dann an geeigneter Stelle eine sichere Entsorgung möglich, wobei eine Beschmutzung durch Hundekot vermieden ist.
Eine genaue und verwindungssteife Führung der Abdeckplatte wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Abdeckplatte mit einem Gelenkzapfen in eine Lageraufnahme des Halters eingreift. Dadurch wird ein geruchsdichter Abschluß sichergestellt.
Das Verschließen des Kotbeutels nach Gebrauch wird dadurch gesichert, daß die Abdeckplatte einen vom Zentrum ausgehenden Radialschlitz aufweist. Der Saum des benutzten Kotbeutels wird durch den Radialschlitz zusammengezogen, so daß der Kotbeutel innerhalb des Napfes geschlossen ist.
Die Endstellungen der Stange sind dadurch festgelegt, daß in dem Hohlstiel der Längsschlitz für die Stange zwei endständige Klemmaufnahmen zur Festlegung der Stange in den Endstellungen aufweist.
Die Handhabung des Hundekotbehälters wird dadurch verbessert, daß der Hohlstiel mit einem ösenförmigen Halter die Hundleine umgreift. Durch diese Verbindung werden unerwünschte Bewegungen des Hohlstiels beim Hundeführen vermieden.
Eine einfache Handhabung erzielt man dadurch, daß der ösenförmige Halter einen Haftverschluß aufweist. Dadurch kann der Hohlstiel leicht mit der Hundleine verbunden und von derselben gelöst werden.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel wird anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert, in denen darstellen:

    • Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen einen rohrförmigen Hohlstiel 1 mit einem mehreckigen oder runden Querschnitt oder einem Querschnitt der aus geraden und gebogenen Abschnitten zusammengesetzt ist. Ein nur schematisch gezeigter Griff 2 des Hohlstiel 1 nimmt einen selbsttätigen Leinenaufroller 3 auf. Der Hohlstiel ist insgesamt etwa 1 m lang und geht am gegenüberliegenden Ende in eine Aufnahme 4 über, die als bodenseitig geschlossener Napf 5 ausgebildet ist. Stirnseitig hat die Aufnahme 4 eine Ringfläche 8 mit einer Eintiefung 9. In einer Seitenwand des Hohlstiels 1 befindet sich ein Längsschlitz 6 mit endseitigen Klemmaufnahmen 7.
    Seitlich von der Längsachse des Hohlstiels 1 befindet sich eine Lageraufnahme 10, die eine die Längsachse des Hohlstiels 1 senkrecht kreuzende Schwenkachse 11 definiert. Von der Ringfläche 8 ausgehend ist in der Oberwand des Hohlstiels 1 ein konzentrisch zu der Schwenkachse 11 ausgerichteter Kreisbogenschlitz 12 ausgebildet.
    Der Hohlstiel 1 mit der Aufnahme 4 ist zweckmäßigerweise aus zwei Halbteilen zusammengesetzt. Die im Einzelnen nicht dargestellten Halbteile sind Spritzgießteile. Der Hohlstiel 1, der integral mit dem Leinenaufroller 3 ausgebildet ist, kann an der Hundeleine geführt sein. Hierzu ist im Abschnitt 25 des Hohlstiels 1 ein nicht dargestellter ösenförmiger Halter angesetzt,der die Hundleine umgreift. Ein Haftverschluß z.B. ein Klettverschluß, ein Gleitring oder dergleichen ermöglicht eine einfache Befestigung des Hohlstiels, die leicht angebracht und gelöst werden kann.
    Die Lageraufnahme 10 nimmt einen Gelenkzapfen 13 einer Abdeckplatte 14 auf, die in Fig. 1 in strichpunktierten Linien und in Fig. 4 in der Unteransicht dargestellt ist. Der Gelenkzapfen 13 umfaßt zwei Halbzapfen 15 jeweils mit stirnseitigem Rastwulst 16, so daß der Gelenkzapfen 13 in die Lageraufnahme 10 eingedrückt werden kann und darin verrastet. Die Abdeckplatte 14 hat außerdem einen verstärkten Durchgang als Halterung oder Aufnahme 17 und einen Radialschlitz 18, der in Fig. 1 durch eine gestrichelte Linie dargestellt ist.
    Eine Stange 19 nach den Fig. 6 und 7 endet in zwei rechtwinklig zur Stangenachse ausgerichtete Schenkel 20, 21, die in Umfangsrichtung zur Stangenachse um 90° gegeneinander versetzt sind. Jeder Schenkel 20, 21 weist eine Umfangs-Rastnut 22 auf.
    Nachdem die Abdeckplatte 14 mit dem Gelenkzapfen 13 in die Lageraufnahme 10 eingebaut ist, wird der Schenkel 21 der Stange 19 in den Durchgang bzw. die Aufnahme 17 eingeführt und darin mit Hilfe eines Ringes oder unmittelbar durch die Rastnut 22 verrastet. Die Stange 19 liegt, wie in Fig. 1 durch eine strichpunktierte Linie angedeutet ist, innerhalb des Hohlstiels 1 und greift mit dem Schenkel 20 durch den Längsschlitz 6. Auf den Schnkel 20 ist ein Betätigungsknopf 23 nach Fig. 8 aufgerastet, damit die Stange 19 leicht betätigt werden kann. Die Endstellungen der Stange 19 sind durch die Klemmaufnahmen 7 des Längsschlitzes 6 festgelegt. Dabei entspricht eine Klemmaufnahme der Schließstellung der Abdeckplatte 14 und die andere Klemmaufnahme der Öffnungsstellung der Abdeckplatte 14. Bei der Bewegung der Stange innerhalb des Längsschlitzes bewegt sich der Schenkel 21 innerhalb des Kreisbogenschlitzes 12, so daß die Abdeckplatte 14 um die Achse 11 verschwenkt wird.
    Zu dem Hundekotbehälter gehört ein Kotbeutel aus Papier oder Kunststoff, der nicht dargestellt ist. Der Kotbeutel ist durch einen Saum abgeschlossen, der ein Band, eine Schnur oder dergleichen aufnimmt, womit der Kotbeutel nach der Benutzung zugezogen werden kann.
    Zur Vorbereitung der Benutzung des Hundekotbehälters wird durch Ziehen der Stange 19 die Abdeckplatte 14 in Uhrzeigerrichtung bezogen auf Fig. 1 aufgeschwenkt, damit ein frischer Kotbeutel in den Napf eingelegt werden kann, der Saum des Kotbeutels wird über den Ringrand 8 gezogen, und das Band wird unterhalb der Lippe des Ringrandes 8 gespannt. Dann wird die Abdeckplatte 14 zurückgeschwenkt, so daß der Napf geschlossen ist. Der Hundekotbehälter wird zusammen mit der Hundeleine oder dem Leinenaufroller gehalten, wobei der Hundekotbehälter an der Hundeleine in der oben beschriebenen Weise festgelegt ist.
    Wenn der Hund sich lösen will, wird die Abdeckplatte 14 mittels der Stange 19 aufgeschwenkt, so daß der Napf und der Kotbeutel frei zugänglich sind. Der Napf wird dem Hund untergehalten.
    Nachdem sich der Hund gelöst hat, wird die Abdeckplatte 14 zurückgeschwenkt. Der Saum des Kotbeutels wird über den Ringrand hochgezogen, und die Enden des Bandes werden durch den Schlitz 18 ins Zentrum des Napfes bewegt und zusammengezogen, so daß der Kotbeutel innerhalb des Napfes geschlossen ist. Damit ist ein geruchsdichter.Verschluß des Kotbeutels erzielt. Der Kotbeutel kann dann zu gegebener Zeit an geeigneter Stelle entsorgt werden. Der Hundeführer kommt bei dieser Handhabung mit dem Kot nie in Berührung.

    Claims (6)

    1. Hundekotbehälter miteinem Hohlstiel (1), mit einer daran gehaltenen Aufnahme (4) mit einer Ringfläche (8), mit einem Kotbeutel, dessen Saum über die Ringfläche (8) gestülpt ist, mit einem Abdeckring, der um eine senkrecht zu der Ringfläche (8) ausgerichtete Achse (11) schwenkbar ist, und mit einem innerhalb des Hohlstiels (1) geführten Zugelement für den Abdeckring, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (4) als bodenseitig geschlossener Napf (5) ausgebildet ist, daß der Abdeckring als Abdeckplatte (14) ausgebildet ist und daß als Zugelement eine Stange (19) einerseits in einem Längsschlitz (6) des Hohlstiels (1) geführt ist und andererseits in eine Aufnahme (17) der Abdeckplatte (14) derart eingreift, daß bei Betätigung des Zugelements die Abdeckplatte (14) um die zur Ringfläche (8) senkrechte Achse (11) zwischen einer Öffnungsstellung und einer Schließstellung verschwenkbar ist.
    2. Hundekotbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckplatte (14) zur Bildung der Schwenkachse (11) mit einem Gelenkzapfen (13) in eine Lageraufnahme (10) des Hohlstiels (1) eingreift.
    3. Hundekotbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckplatte (14) einen vom Zentrum ausgehenden Radialschlitz (18) aufweist.
    4. Hundekotbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Hohlstiel (1) der Längsschlitz (6) für die Stange (19) zwei endständige Klemmaufnahmen (7) zur Festlegung der Stange (19) in den Endstellungen aufweist.
    5. Hundekotbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlstiel (1) mit einem ösenförmigen Halter die Hundleine umgreift.
    6. Hundekotbehälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ösenförmige Halter einen Haftverschluß aufweist.
