Claims (10)
- Hebebühne für zweispurige Fahrzeuge, bestehend auszwei horizontalen Fahrträgern (5, 6) mit Aufstandselementen (8) für die Fahrzeugräder,Hubelementen (10, 11) zum synchronen Anheben und Absenken der Fahrträger (5, 6),einem heb- und senkbaren Bodenausgleich aus tragfähigen trittsicheren Plattenelementen (25, 26), die bei angehobenen Fahrträgern deren Einsenkung bzw. Freiraum im Fundament abdecken,
undeinem zwischen den beiden Fahrträgern in Längsschienen verfahrbaren Achslift (13),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas Streifenfundament einen Freiraum (30) zur zumindest teilweisen Aufnahme des abgesenkten Achsliftes (13) aufweist
undder Bodenausgleich (25, 26, 31) zur Abdeckung auch dieses Freiraums (30) bei angehobenen Fahrträgern (5, 6) ausgebildet ist. - Hebebühne nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der den Freiraum (30) abdeckende Teil (31) des Bodenausgleichs eine trittsichere Querplatte (31) ist, die endseitig mit den beiden Plattenelementen (25, 26) des Bodenausgleichs fest verbunden ist. - Hebebühne nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Plattenelemente (25, 26) durch pneumatische Druckkissen (27, 28) heb- und senkbar sind. - Hebebühne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
dem Achslift (13) zugeordnete Positionsschalter mit der Steuereinheit zum Aktivieren der Hubelemente (10, 11) verbunden sind. - Hebebühne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
neben der Absenkposition des Achslifts (13) ein Querverbinder (9) der beiden Fahrschienen (5, 6) angeordnet ist, der bei abgesenkten Fahrschienen (5, 6) zumindest teilweise in dem Freiraum (30) aufgenommen ist. - Hebebühne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Achslift (13) ein hydraulischer Scherenheber oder ein Einstempel Achsheber ist. - Hebebühne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steuereinheit Schaltmittel enthält, die bei Fehlen eines Freigabesignals vom Positionsschalter eine Absenkbewegung der Fahrschienen in ihre unterste eingefahrene Stellung unterbricht. - Hebebühne nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steuereinheit der Hebebühne eine vom Positionsschalter aktivierbare Anzeige aufweist. - Hebebühne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Achslift (13) vollständig in den Freiraum (30) absenkbar ist und daß tragfähige Abdeckelemente zum Abdecken des Freiraums (30) mit eingetauchtem Achslift vorgesehen sind. - Hebebühne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zumindest einige der Aufstandselemente (8) der Fahrträger (5, 6) als Achsspieldetektoren ausgebildet sind.
