Abstract

Ein Kalander mit einem Ständer (12) und einem Walzenstapel (1) weist eine Unterwalze (2) auf, die eine Durchbiegungseinstellwalze ist. Ein Mantel (4) ist über eine in Richtung der Mittelebene (E) des Walzenstapels (1) wirkende Durchbiegungseinstelleinrichtung (5) auf einen gegen Rotation gesicherten Träger (6) abgestützt. Dieser ist an beiden Enden in Lagerblöcken (7) gehalten, die durch Belastungsvorrichtungen (9) verstellbar sind. Jeder Lagerblock (7) ist mit einem einzigen, am Ständer (12) schwenkbar gelagerten Schwenkhebel (11) verbunden. Die Wirkrichtung der Durchbiegungseinstelleinrichtung (5) bleibt bei einer Verstellung der Lagerblöcke (7) durch eine Korrekturvorrichtung (15), die ein längs einer Führungsbahn (16) verschiebbares Führungselement (17) aufweist, im wesentlichen aufrechterhalten.
Auf diese Weise kann die Reibung bei der Führung der Unterwalze sehr klein gehalten werden.
